Quirk Deku One-shots

Guardian Angel (61) + Broken State (789) (Part 1)

(I'm going to use an OC instead of Izuku this time, but Izuku'll still be relevant (Izuku has Broken State (789) , but it's undiscovered so he's just quirkless.))

Meet Kashiki. Izuku's one and only friend. His guardian angel if you will.

Kashiki herself was also kind of in love with him, and they both accepted each others feelings after a weird moment when they both realized they could hear each others thoughts.

Kashiki also had a more... unique quirk. One to summon her to Izuku's location to protect him like a goddamn angel every time he's going to be hurt, and she helps him fight. This has led to a few... awkward situations.

The UA battle training, a faux training fight where 2 pairs of students were paired together, and were to fight each other.

Kashiki was paired for Izuku for obvious reasons, and against them, ran a team of 3. Bakugou, Shinso, and Iida.

Looking at the floor plan, Izuku started mumbling, and Kashiki, already used to this, summoned her blades of light and began scouting the building.

'So if we go to the top floor, that's too obvious, so they'll put it on the 4th floor up. From there, eliminate the rooms near the staircase, and we are left with the central chamber with 2 entrances. Iida will be patrolling there as he is a stickler for the book, Shinso will be in the vents and scouting like an underground hero, and Bakugou is just going to rampage.'

'Izuku, from there you want to mow them down in the front, or just fly up and fight Iida?'

'You're going to be stuck with me no matter what, so let's go guns blazing through the front. Of course it'd be better to fly up, but I shouldn't rely so much on you, so it'd be better for both of us. Shinso's brainwashing quirk is response based so just use the telepathic communication to speak.'

'You better not scream through the link again. I got a headache last time.'

'I didn't scream that loud did I? Anyway, Bakugous explosions are strong, but shouldn't shatter your swords, and you can use your wings to protect you so you should face him while Shinso goes for me. It'll be martial arts against martial arts, so it should be good.'

'After this, want to get a treat later?'

'Sure. Where to for this date?'

'How about the beach where we started this?'

'Sure.'

While both of them had that exchange, Bakugou had stormed off from Iida trying to plan, and Shinso simply just disappeared into the vents. Iida, who at this point gave up trying to control either, just shrugged and got ready to defend the bomb.

The bell sounded, and as Izuku's analysis said, none of them were working together, and they were just where he predicted them to be.

'Now just to activate your guardian angel, and begin. Found Bakugou yet?'

'Yeah. Saw him 2 hallways down the right.'

Running down the hallway, he throws a punch at the hiding Shinso who blocks and counters. 

Using his distress, Kashiki teleports to Izuku then goes off to fight Bakugou.

'I'm off to get the pom-pom. Take care of purple.'

'Got it.'

Readying another stance, Shinso then talks into his earpeice.

"Both are on 3rd floor, right stairs. Iida, get over here."

Listening in, Izuku hears a voice he assumes to be Iidas.

"I'm staying by the bomb, cause I know one of them can fly. Bakugou, can you go there?"

"I'M FIGHTING LIGHT BITCH HERE"

With the chaos over the microphone, Shinso mutes his earpiece which he then resumes normalized combat.

"Thanks for waiting."

"How could I not when you got the Pomeranian on your side?"

"Fair enough."

Running towards each other again, then get ready to go back to fighting each other.

'RUN! BAKUGOU EXPLODED HIS GAUNTLET AT YOU'

Hearing that, he grapples Shinso out of the way as Kashiki teleports to his side, swords already poised to block.

A roar of fire and explosions later, Kashiki is left on the floor, struggling to get up with her swords themselves gone to the side.

Re-summoning them, she prepares to engage again, only to get knocked out by Izuku who stood behind her.

"Why'd you do that?!"

"Because she's stubborn, and her quirk makes her unable to die until the stress for me is over. After though..."

Nodding along, Shinso helps move her to the side as Bakugou comes storming in.

"What the hell were you thinking?! You could've killed somebody!"

"I wa-"

Falling under Shinsos brainwashing, he falls down, and Izuku ties him in capture tape, and Shinso to Kashiki, making sure both are out and notgoing to hurt themselves more.

"Ready?"

Giving a thumbs up, Izuku chuckles as Shinso curses under his breath, and gets into a fighting stance. Both ready themselves and sprint at each other, with Shinso leading with a haymaker. Dodging, Izuku pines him in the rib, and a punch to the temple brings him down.

Walking up the stairs, listening through Shinsos earpiece, Iida is understandably panicing, and about to run down when Izuku comes through the door.

Dodging a speedy kicked aimed at his torso, he makes a sprint to the bomb, touching it just before Iida can move it away again.

"HERO TEAM WINS!"

And the second day of heroics finished, only beginning to outline the horrors they'd face.
