Lukas POV

"Getcha jewelry here!" Overhearing an old lady shout.

I'm walking by vendors. What if I get a matching bracelet for August and I? It's kind of stupid.

"Bracelets are just 4.00$"

Ahhh. Traced back my steps to the stand. She gave me a bit of a devious smile.

"Can I take a look at your bracelets?" I ask her.

"Of course!" She brought a bunch of bracelets to my view. Some were gold or silver, covered in jewels or made of beads.

"How beauitful-" I say.

"Thank you!" She proudfully said. "How far along are you?" She asked me. I grinned a bit.

"4 months"

"Oh wow!" She chuckled, she looked to the sky. As if she was remembering something. I really like this silver ones. The silver bracelets had tiny jewels. "Those are diamonds!" She exclaimed. It's so pretty. I gazed in amazement.

"Uh. I'll take these two" I said, holding the two bracelets up.

"Will be 8.00$"

"Are you sure?" If the diamonds are real then surely..

She nodded, "have a good day"

"Yes. You too" I repiled. How am I going to give this to August? It'll be too embarrassing. The appointment is today as well. Today we'll be able to find out the gender! I can't wait.

"August! I'm home" I heard a bit of scampering coming from our room.

"August?" I opened the door. It was just Bailey, whining for me to pet her. August was passed out on the bed. It must've been a hard day at work then. Keep up the good work!

"Luka? You home?" He muttered. Shoving his face into the pillows.

"Was it a bad day again?" I asked.

"Eugh. Kinda" He groaned, "some of the workers keep bothering me because I'm an alpha" He sighed.

"Oh? I'm sorry. Feel better" I leaned down to him, smooching him on the head. "Do you want advil?"

He nodded.

"I'll make dinner, okay?" I walked out of the room with Bailey. Placing the bag onto the counter. Will the bracelet make him feel better?

After a bit August came out to eat dinner.

"Hi"

"Hey" He repiled.

"Sit. I made soup"

I placed down the bowls of soup. Getting spoons for both of us.

"Um. August"

"Yes?" He slurped at his soup.

"I bought something for you!" I brought over the bag, it contained the bracelets. Pushing aside my food, I shaked out the bracelets.

"Bracelets... two... Lukaaa?" He called.

"Mn" I nodded, "they're matching"

He started to giggle. Then it turned into a big smile. He looks so happy. I'm glad.

"Can you put it on for me?" He asked. I nodded. I shoved the bracelet through his large hand. Then onto his wrist. "It's pretty~ gimme yours"

Handing him, mine. He gently tossed it through my hand. On the same arm.
