Something to think about...
"Just as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so is evil, and both are illusory judgements because they are based on perception. Is evil a fathomable reality if it's only a judgement? What is the mirror trying to tell you?"

Camila's POV
I wanted to jump in the crowd after I saw what unfolded with Lauren and that bastard who got away.
I was going to step in, but Roy was there to hold me back. I didn't care though, if it weren't for those guards in my way, I would of been there to help my Lolo.
All I could do was anxiously wait for her backstage, hoping to God that she would be okay. Then, I saw the condition of her face.
"OH MY GOD!-"
I couldn't contain my horror at the blood dripping down her face. I pull her into an embrace, wary of her injuries. I gently release her from my grip, tear off a peice of my stage costume and start catching the falling droplets of red falling from her face. My eyes start to tear up seeing her in this way.
"Camila, baby I'm okay. Listen to me. I'm okay."
She sensed my complete and utter discomfort with this whole situation, and held my shoulder in an attempt to calm me down.
"Lauren this is not okay. Who the hell was that and why did he attack you?" I snap, as my confusion and fueled rage for this unknown man made me raise my voice.
"I don't know. I have no idea who could of done this. Trust me I've thought about everyone that it could have been..."
She darted her eyes away, then commented to one of my crew to get a medic. The medic was called over their radio tele-communicaitons system, and within no time he was running down toward us. He nodded at me as a sign of respect. Then he went to work on Lauren, taping and placing gauze under her eye to pause the bleeding for now. Once he scurried off, Roy had whispered to me that it would be in my best interest to head home, and call it a night.
"Roy I can't leave Lauren, I'm sorry I'm staying with her tonight."
He nodded and respected my decision, and made his own way home, along with the rest of the dancers and backup singers. Both Lauren and I stayed for a bit longer, sitting down on the floor against the wall.
Time floated by as my hand was in hers, waiting for her to say something.
"You sang with your heart Camz, I'm so proud of the show you put on tonight."
I snort, "You're seriously thinking about the show when you nearly got beat to death?"
She chuckled, "But it was a damn good show, hard to just forget something like that."
I smiled and whispered 'thankyou' before leaning my head on her shoulder and intertwining my fingers with hers. As we're sitting here, we weren't rushing to get back home. Cleaners were hurrying past us, some were sweeping the floors in the distance, and the stadium was eerily quiet. The crowd had vanished, and it was just me, Lauren, a handful of cleaners, and the occasional lonely peices of confetti falling from the ceiling. The smell of the fog machine still lingered, so was the low buzz sound from the speakers and overhead projectors.
I broke the silence.
"Lauren, that really scared me tonight."
She tensed up.
"It didn't scare me Camila. He just managed to catch me off guard, that's all."
I hug the side of her arm, "I know, but it's scary to me that you're so involved with that kind of stuff. Like doesn't it scare you to do boxing against people like that?"
