After a long and exhausting day, I was finally unlocking the door to the house I was temporarily staying in. Nothing at this moment sounded more exciting than a warm bath and falling into a deep slumber. Open the front door, I instinctively reach to my right, flicking on the light switch on the wall. The inside of my comfortable-sized livingroom is lit, to my surprise I'm not alone. Mr. Compress is sitting on my small couch, with a casual but still formal posture.

"Comp, what the hell are you doing here?" I drop my school bag at my side and walk over to the man. He takes off his mask to flash one of his famous smiles at me, before engulfing me into a hug. "Hey there kid. I heard you're putting on the performance for your life at U.A. right now." He leans back from our embrace to look at my school uniform. Using his cane, he ushers it towards my attire. "Although, the wardrobe could've been way better." He laughs.

"I'd have to agree, this is definitely not my go-to outfit." I say while fixing the bottom of my skirt.

"But seriously though, what are you doing here? I thought your and Magne's mission was still going on?" I ask him.

Compress began to pace, swinging his cane as he moved. "Well, it was, until Shigaraki's pro-hero insider gave him some important information that may change the course of our plans."

"Hero insider?"

Compress stopped in his tracks and looked at me confused. "Do you not know of the hero society's traitor?"

"Uhh, no."

He laughed anxiously. "Well then. I'm sure Shigaraki has reasons for keeping you in the dark. Pretend this conversation never happened." He waved his cane front of my face in a hypnotic manner.

"Yeah, that's not going to work." Many worried thoughts began to flood through my head and out of my mouth. "Tell me who's the traitor?.... Do they know me?.... Do they know I'm a spy at U.A?... Wha-"

Compress cut me off. "Woah there. If you don't already know the answers to those questions, then I can not answer them for you." A warp gate began to appear beside of Compress as he spoke. Looking between warp gate and I, he hooked my arm with the curvature of his cane. "Don't speak a word of this." With that, he drug me through the portal.

Instantly, the familiar smell of the musty hideout disgustingly became apparent. The dim yellow lights lit the living room of the hideout in front of me as the portal I came through disappeared around me. I was met with the eyes of various members of the league.

"Oh jesus , Yui. What the hell are you wearing?" Magne spoke from his seat on the torn-up couch.

"Thanks for the warm welcome, Magne." I smiled sarcastically at him. Looking around the room, I instantly noticed someone was missing.

"Where's Dabi?" I looked towards Shigaraki expectantly waiting for an answer.

"Uhh, he's scouting." He began to tear at his neck as he hesitantly answered.

"On his own?" Usually when we went scouting for members, there were at least two of us in case something went wrong.

"Y-Yes." He stumbled over his words.

"Ok..."

"Anyways that's not important." Shigaraki stated, obviously frustrated. He stood from where he was leaning on the wall to walk towards me.

"In just two weeks, U.A. will be taking your class to a special training institution for some sort of hero simulation." He grew creepily excited as he spoke. "All Might is rumored to be in attendance."

Ahhh. So that's why Compress was back.

"Get on with it." I bluntly stated.

"Kurogiri will send Compress and I into the facility along with a small army of goons." He smiled at me through the fingers on his mask. As normal, the ominous sight made my hair stand and goosebumps form along my arms. "You see Yui, this is where you come in. With your credibility as a U.A student, you will put on some performance to distract All Might, giving Compress a chance to capture him. Then we bring him back here and torture him the same way he has done to us all of these years. The number one will be no more." He was practically yelling with excitement as he finished rambling through his plan.

I shrugged, my lack of enthusiasm obviously annoying him. "Shouldn't be too hard." I tried to play off a calm demeanor, hiding my growing anxiety from the league members around me and myself. Shigaraki and a ton of stupid, violent men were going to be attacking 1.A. That means my classmates were going to be put in harms way. I have to show up to U.A. each day, be around them, knowing of this plan.

Why do I give a shit?

Images of Bakugo and Midoriya, bloodied and bruised, lying amongst the rubble popped into my head.

"I have a few questions about this 'plan'." I spoke. "First of all, why do we need the goons if we're just planning to capture All Might? Couldn't Kurogiri just isolate him?"

"No. The goons are there to keep any other heroes distracted, allowing us to solely focus on All Might. You should know better than to ask a dumb question like that." Shigaraki tilted his head to the side as he spoke. "Unless your question had ulterior motives, Yui?"

I laughed off his somewhat accurate accusation. "I just don't want you to underestimate the heroes that work at U.A. and the students. From what I've seen, they have some crazy strong quirks. Based on my experiences in training with them, they could easily wipe those idiots. We'd be losing a lot of men."

"Since when do you care about those 'idiots'?" Shigaraki stepped closer to me.

"I-I don't. I care about our numbers." I spoke without thinking. "With how All Might was today, I think we could easily capture him without risking any members."

Shigaraki froze in place. "You were with All Might today?" His voice shook.

"Yup. He observed the students undergo a battle trial today. Went horribly." I bluntly stated, hoping he wouldn't question it further.

"You said 'with how All Might was today', what does that mean?" His disgusting eyes peered into my soul. "Don't lie to me."

"Uhmm.. Well after a few hours of just monitoring us he would have intense coughing fits. I think I saw him spitting up blood."

"Ahaha... AHAHA!" Shigaraki began maniacally laughing. "Yui! Amazing!" He quickly came down from his excitement high, and once again dug into his neck at a quicker pace than normal.

"Compress you're no longer needed for this mission."  Shigaraki's dull eyes lit with a crazed intensity.

"We'll just kill him there, in front of all the heroes and his students!"

What the hell..

"E-Excuse me?" I quickly spoke up.

Shigaraki's crusted lips parted into a smile.

"We'll send our Nomu."
