Violet POV

I walked down the street of the cafe, deciding that since it was a really hot day, I should get a cool drink. I opened the door and saw the gorgeous high school boy of Seoul. I gasped slightly, my heart jumping out of my chest. I had a big crush on him ever since fifth grade. A seven year crush is quite a long time, yet I don't intend to stop anytime soon. I shook my head back into reality and saw her glaring at him. Ooh she better not do anything to him or she will get a beating from me.

Then, Hoya took out five dollars from his wallet and gave it to her. WHY? I then looked down as the girl apologized to the cashier and saw the whip cream puddle all over the floor. I sighed and smiled, clumsy Hoya. I then looked at Hoya and frowned. He was gazing at her in awe as if she was a goddess. I watched the girl receive her new macchiato and slip out of the cafe. A janitor came and cleaned the pool of whip cream and brown water as I let out a breath to walk to Hoya.

"Hi, we met in school last year?" I started the conversation after he had an order of seven macchiatos.

"Oh hey, Violet. I was just running a-an errand!" he stuttered. I wonder why he couldn't speak properly. Was it... the girl?!

I pushed my anger down and beamed. "Isn't it Sungjong's turn today?" I knew them ever since fifth grade too. They were cute, except one boy, Myungsoo, who slightly appealed to my interest, but of course, I couldn't give Hoya up.

"Yeah, but looks like he found an excuse to why he couldn't do the errand. I'm okay with it anyways." He flicked his wrist in a way that made my heart skip a beat.

I giggled cutely, but he gave me no reaction as he received his order with carry outs carts. Hoya struggled to carry two to-go carts and one separate cup, so I offered to help him.

"Let me help you---"

"No, no. I can carry this by myself to our dorm. Thanks for the offer, but I got this." He carried the two carts in one hand and his separate cup in the other, slipping out of the cafe. I saw him walk quickly, as if he was following someone. But who? Was it that girl he was staring at?
