Hoya POV
How could he...
Woohyun raked his claws into my stomach, making me collapse and bleed out. I watched Woohyun stomp away with Sunggyu trailing behind him. Dongwoo ran to my side, hugging my cat like I was the most precious thing in the world. My blood spilled onto his hands and face yet it looked like he didn't care since he rubbed his head all over me. I breathed heavily, my deep wound barely grazing my lungs. My amber eyes' light faded as I looked to the distance to the collapsed Sunggyu.
Everything went wrong... so.. so.. wrong..
I slipped back into myself, my stomach feeling better. After a second my stomach felt like I was punched. I collapsed to the ground, clutching my abs (He's mah bias so leave him like that ;) ). I winced as the pang rolled in my stomach. I curled into a ball as sweat blanketed over my face. I was enduring the pain when I heard a gasp above me. Then, fast and light footsteps ran over to me. I felt my head lifted from the concrete and a tear escaped the prison of my eye when I saw her.
Raven...
Raven POV
We were coming back to school and about to head to the infirmary after shopping for art supplies. Sapphire and I each had a bag in our hands full of paint, paper, and brand new paintbrushes. We were laughing after crossing the street when we passed Sunggyu's car. Looks like they're waiting for Hoya to come back from the infirmary, I thought to myself. As soon as we stepped past the back of the car, I saw Dongwoo crying at Hoya's side. Hoya was clutching his stomach and groaning in pain. Sapphire gasped and I ran to his side, pushing Dongwoo out of the way.
"Hoya! What happened?" I screeched, seeing blood near his head. He shook his head as I lifted it, sobbing all out. Hoya went limp and I shook his body, desperate for an answer.
"W-wooh-hyu-un..." he said between groans. His eyes turned back to brown, looking at me in pain. I sobbed, my tears dripping onto his face. A single tear fell from his eyes as I held his head to my chest.
"Oppaaa~~~" I wailed, caressing his head, feeling like dying. Hoya put his hand to my face as he pulled away from my grasp. He wiped a tear from my cheek and I let him as I sobbed, my heart ripping. Hoya... you're not going to die... I won't let you!
"I'm o-ok-ay..." he rasped, his body starting to shine like God coming to Earth. One last tear fell from my hazel eyes as he said in a voice not his:
"I have seven lives left."
Hoya POV
My heart ached seeing Raven cry again. I made her cry more than once and it never felt right to me, not even when she lied to me. I touched her red face, wiping a tear as she laid my head back on the ground.
"I have seven lives left."
Raven and Sapphire looked at me in confusion along with the other guys that were frozen in their spots in shock of what just happened. Sapphire stared at me from afar, her ocean blue eyes stuck on me.
"S-seven lives?" Raven gasped. I closed my eyes and opened them again as the pain from my stomach was strained away. I felt renewed, born again. I felt my brown eyes turn amber and then back to brown. Sapphire gasped again, still frozen in her spot.
"Hoya? What's happening to you?" Raven whimpered.
"It's okay, Raven," I spoke normally. "I had nine lives because of my cat."
"Wh-what?" Raven gasped in confusion. "You had nine lives because of the cat?"
"Yeah." She embraced me in a big hug, letting out a big, shaky sigh of relief. My body still lay on the floor so she was mostly hugging my head. I pulled away gently, slipping out of her grasp and stood.
