Raven POV
It felt like only a few minutes by the time homeroom ended. Hoya smirked at me and bursted through the door, me following right on his tail. We flew across the common area and through the bench area to the cafeteria where Sapphire was chatting with Sunggyu. It looked like they were having a good time, since after a few seconds of watching they both bursted in laughter.
"Sunggyu!" Hoya waved to him and Sunggyu waved back, still belly over laughing. We smiled and walked over, wondering what was going on.
"Where's the rest?" I asked Sapphire after she finally calmed down as I sat next to her.
"I think they went to go get food, but I don't think Dongwoo came yet," Sapphire replied out of breath as Hoya took his seat next to me.
"WE'RE BACK!!!" Sungyeol yelled childishly as he carried three trays at a time.
"Why did you bring so much?" I gasped as Sungyeol handed Hoya one tray and me another.
"For you guys, so that you guys can chat while we were gone," Sungyeol wiggled his eyebrows. I rolled my eyes and thanked him, picking up my spoon when a spoon of rice was in front of me.
"Wha---" I opened my mouth when Hoya slipped the spoon into my mouth. I blushed crazily, smiling from ear to ear as I lowered my head. "I'm not a baby, I can feed myself," I snapped, pouting at Hoya. He smiled at me and ate his own food. Honestly, I wanted him to do it again, but I decided to let him eat in peace since I had my own rice to finish.
When we finished lunch, Dongwoo finally came to our spot.
"What took you so long?" Sungjong asked but Dongwoo only shook his head. I glanced at him and he had a grim look on that face of his. Wonder what happened, I thought as I munched on another spoonful of rice.
"I'm going to the vendor to get something to eat," Dongwoo told us as he stood up and walked over to the vendor all alone. Hoya frowned as he watched him suspiciously.
"Something the matter?" I asked after I got his attention by poking his shoulder.
"No, just continue eating," he replied, snapping his gaze back to Dongwoo, who was talking to someone. Huh, I guess he's just protective of Dongwoo. I scooped up the last spoon of my side dish as Sunggyu suggested something.
"Whoever loses in Rock Paper Scissors has to return all the trays!" Sunggyu hollered. "Wait, let me go to the restroom first in case I get picked." He ran over to the boy's restroom and disappeared behind the door as everyone else came up with a plan.
"Let's trick Sunggyu and everyone does paper," Hoya whispered as everyone else crowded in for the secret, Dongwoo joining us.
"He always does rock because rocks are for men," Sungjong smirked as we all agreed.
"In case that doesn't work, probably a one percent chance, let's stick out scissors!" Myungsoo suggested and we nodded to that backup plan. Sunggyu ran over to the bench and we dissipated, returning back into our seats.
"Rock, paper, scissors!" we all yelled in unison as Sunggyu, as expected, let out a fist as we opened up our hands for paper. His mouth fell to the ground as the rest of us bursted into laughter. Dongwoo cackled with his mouth wide and Woohyun laughed like a hyena while Sapphire did headbanging as she let out a big laugh.
"Ayeee you guys planned it out didn't you?!" Sunggyu yelled as I laid my head on the bench, my stomach hurting in a good way. "WHO WAS IT?!" Sunggyu whined as Hoya banged the table, laughing wide with his canine teeth gleaming.
