Zora was fiddling rummaging about in one of the lower decks on the ship hoping to find something of interest.

She still couldn't stop smiling. It almost seemed mad to her having a boyfriend. Of course, things were moving a little slow between given the fact that neither of them had any experience at all with this sort of thing but they were making it work. They hadn't told anyone else yet finding the sneaking about to be quite fun for the time being not to mention they were safe from any extra pestering from the others.

Currently, Rimmer was exploring a new moon with Kryten. Seeing as the atmosphere of the ship was breathable Zora hadn't been able to come with them and so had decided to find something else to occupy her time.

So far she hadn't found much of use just pieces of scrap metal, some rather old and terrible horror films, a pair of leather sandals and one of Kryten's old magazines on vacuum cleaners.

"Come on, there must be at least one goof thing down here!" She exclaimed kicking the pile of junk she riffling through. "Smeg!"

Zora reeled back and grabbed her foot as many hits of rubbish toppled off the pile.
"Ah, crap, where'd it go!" Zora dove back into the pile trying to find whatever this very mysterious and rather painful object was.

Eventually, she latched onto a small metal box. Zora yanked it from the pile with haste sending rubbish flying everywhere in the process. She smiled in excitement.

"Holly hop drive?" She read as she smoothed her hand over the front of it. "Now why do I know that name?"

Deciding it was worth further examination, Zora left the mess of a room and rushed back up from lower decks hoping to not get caught by Kryten making such a mess on the ship.

The green-haired woman was bouncing with excitement as she opened up the drive and began to examine the wiring and programming contained within the slightly rusted orange box. She noted that some things needed replacing or tweaking so she went to work.

It kept her busy for most of the day, working away in her room playing some rock music in the background. Her foot tapped the floor in the rhythm and she would occasionally burst into song at her favourite parts and spin around in her chair. Then she would laugh at herself for a moment and get back to work as if nothing happened.

The Cat and Lister had continually tried to bother her throughout the day. Trying to get a look at what she was doing. It got so incessant in fact that Zora employed the use of a water pistol and Brussel sprouts. Each time Cat prowled it she soaked his clothes and each time Lister strolled in with an irritating grin ready to tease she would threaten to force-feed him Brussels sprouts but even just through the little green menaces in his direction seemed enough to deter him.

Zora was humming the tune of the song playing through the speaker in the corner of her quarters, tapping her foot on the floor and bobbing her head slightly. Rimmer just watched from the doorway. He had headed here as soon as he'd gotten back from his rather boring expedition. Carefully and quietly he snuck into the room but rapidly slammed his hands on Zora's shoulder and yelled loudly.

Shouting in surprise Zora reeled around and caught sight of Rimmed. She swatted him in the arm.

"Arn! Do you want to give me a smegging heart attack?" Zora exclaimed.

"No, but it was fun," He answered with a grin.

"You're so annoying," Zora muttered. She sat back down in her chair a began to reattach the last of the wires.

She smiled when she felt Rimmer press a kiss on her cheek.

"I am your boyfriend you know. It comes with the territory," Rimmer explained.
