When Covid-19 striked Europe, my country was one of the last to get into a lockdown. Lol we didn't even get in a full lockdown. We had an 'intelligent' lockdown. We couldn't go to work, school. We couldn't see our friends, families. And my incredible brain decided to write a story. It popped up in my head. What if all the f1 drivers lived together? The image in my head turned out so funny, that my fantasies began to bloom up.

I had been on Wattpad for some time, only reading some stories. I didn't know how to write. I couldn't even properly speak English. At school, I was getting 6/10 for English... and with that in my bag, I made the best decision in my life; write an ✨English✨ story. Okay- my English wasn't THAT bad, I gotta admit.. but it sure as hell wasn't great. Second hand embarrassment when I'm re-reading my first few chapters, I'm telling you.

I remember myself having a mental break down because Carlos had just annouched he was leaving Mclaren (still not over it-). I was so sad, that I wrote a sad Lando-Carlos chapter. I was scared to turn this story gay. I was scared that my story would get ignored and people would hate it in case I did so. Yet another AMAZING decision by me. LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW AHAHHAAHH. THIS BOOK LITERALLY TURNED IN A DRIVERxDRIVER BOOK WHILE IT WEREN'T EVEN MY INTENTIONS PAHAHAHH

Ahem- sorry. Let's just say it was another great idea created in my small, but magical working brain (sometimes). I cried when I saw I hit 100 views.. I was so happy. People were noticing the work I made! The time and effort I put in to the chapters that were shorter than my actual height (160cm lets go!!!). I learnt how to write quicker and better. Make the chapters longer. I got more people that liked my story! Oh my god!

I reached 15 chapters!! Wooowww M you did it! You managed to write 15 chapters! I was so happy. I finally managed to get something going, instead of stopping because I was too anxious, or had a massive lack of motivation. I managed to get out 60 chapters out by the end of the year.. 60!! You don't even wanna know how happy I finally was with myself.

And now.. we're at 100k views. That's.. that's insane.. tell the old M that we achieved this all, and she wouldn't believe you. I never thought I'd take it this serious and that it would become such an important thing in my life! So thank you for that. I'm genuinely thankful for all of this and to have met all of you great people (THE BEST SIDE OF THE F1 FANDOM YEHEEESS) and that we're still going strong❤️
