Ch.12

Luke (p.o.v)

 

When camila said that ashton hit the brakes and everyone flew forward.

“WHAT?” we all yell. not caring if we were hurt. camilla looked at us worried but notice we didn't care.

“Yea it happen the day she was suppose to come back. I’m so stupid I should’ve gone with her or stopped her from leaving” she said frustrated while looking away hiding her watery eyes.

“oh camila there wasn’t anything you could’ve done to stop it. its not your fault” I said wrapping her in a hug. she was breathing into my chest and i kept repeatedly saying ‘it’s ok’ into her hair. Ashton took that as a sign for no further questions and started driving again. When we arrived camila had cried herself to sleep and I had to carry her up to our apartment.

“I’m going to bed” Mikey said when he swung the door open

“yea me to” calum said yawning and they both walked to the their room i kicked the door close and started walking to camila’s room

“night” ashton said walking out the door

“ash where you goin?” i said turning around

“out. take care of camila” is all he said and closed the door. I couldn't go after him till I laid camila down. I entered her room and settle her in her bed.

“wait” i was about to close the door when camila whispered

“yea” i said opening the door

“can you stay with me” she asked sitting up

“oh uh yea” i hesitated while looking back at the door. I wanted to go after ashton but camila is our primary responsibility. I walked toward her and pulled a chair next to the bed

“no I dont want you uncomfortable. uh um here sit here” she said patting to the space next to her in the bed

“you sure?” i asked, she nodded . She pulled back the blanket and once i was sat next to her she pulled it over me.

“I’m sorry for being such a bother”she said while laying down

“no don’t say that you aren’t a bother” i said resting my head back on the bed rest

“liar” she chuckled making me smile. I turn to look down at her

“im serious” i said looking at her

“uhuh sure” she mocked. i chuckled and stared at her. She was laying on her side with one hand supporting her head and the other one on the bed. I couldn't help but have a big goofy smile on my face.

“Luke why do bad thing keep happening to me? and the people around me?” she asked after a few seconds of silence. My smile disappeared

“camila. please” i said trying to stop her from thinking like that about her self

“luke. please i need answers” she said. her voice cracking. I looked down at her, she was trying to hide her face. I layed down and wrapped my arms around her and held her in a hug. She cried into my chest while i kept petting or kissing her head

“you guys are the only good thing that has ever happen to me” She said in between hiccup

“and you are the best thing that has happened to me” I blurted. I didnt mean to but it slipped out. I could feel her smile into my chest making me smile. She moved closer into my chest.

“What’s up with me using your chest as a tissue” she joked

“I dont know but i don't mind” i answered hugging her closer and kissing her head she lightly chuckled
