Let me do my job.

Loki laughed as he handed Gia back her phone with his number saved. Gia just laughed in return and turned to follow Bucky to his car, not quite sure how to approach the conversation. "Look I just wanted to say that what you heard.. I didn't- we didn't- I didn't sleep with him"

Gia stumbled out, not really sure why this was making her feel nervous or why she was in fact telling him. Bucky buckled up his seatbelt and started the car, pulling off the drive way "Miss Kate it is none of my concern who you choose to have as sexual partners" was he serious?

Gia made sure to bite her tongue as Bucky continued to drive them along the quiet high street. After everything he was saying to her and all the things they did together was he really going to just act as though it never happened?

Before Bucky could completely pull the car to a stop outside of the impressively tall building, Gia had already opened the door and was swinging her legs around to exit the vehicle. She wanted to gain as much distance as she could between her and her boss.

The sound of her heels hitting the marble tiles was deafening as she practically ran towards the elevator, hoping that she could get in before her boss could. Gia stood in the elevator frantically pushing the button to close the doors when she caught a glimpse of his blurred figure racing towards her, thankful in that moment for the doors closing.

Gia exited the elevator and made her way to the end of the corridor knowing that as soon as she got to her office she could close herself in and not have to worry about seeing her boss, considering he was on the top floor and her office was 4 floors below him.

Gia walked into her office and placed her bag onto the large wooden desk before reaching behind her to pull the door closed. The door squeaked as it bounced back open, hitting rather loudly into the wall behind it. Gia turned to see Bucky stood in the doorway, his foot forward stopping the door.

"Can I help you with Sir?" Gia tried her damn hardest to keep her tone light and calm but it was hard when Bucky was stood staring at her, his chest heaving up and down from anger she assumed. "That little stunt you pulled was childish and pathetic. After watching you run through my building just to avoid me it makes me think that you are still hung up over last night. We have a job to do Miss Kate" Bucky walked slowly towards her, kicking the door closed with his foot.

Gia backed herself up until she was pressed against the desk, nowhere to go her eyes wide. Bucky was inches away from her face when she somehow found the courage to straighten her body and look him in the eyes "then let me do my job... Sir" Bucky's tongue slid across his lower lip, wetting them and drawing Gia's attention to them.

"I love it when you call me Sir, but I loved it even more when you begged me to punish you" Bucky's hand traced along her arm as he ran his finger towards her neck, his hand now holding the back of her head in place his fingers wrapping in the hair at the base of her neck. Gia's whole body was covered in goosebumps.

"Bucky we can't do this.. you need to leave me do my job" Gia's hands find their way up to his chest as she gently pushes against him in hopes of moving him from her. Bucky hesitated for a moment before he brought his lips onto her cheek, a small and delicate kiss before he turned and walked out of her office, closing the door behind him.

Gia took a second to breath before walking to her chair swiftly turning on her computer. Gia opened up her email to find the paperwork that had to be amended. Gia wasn't aware of how long she had spend fixing the documents when a message popped up on her screen from the internal chat system they had throughout all departments at the office.

Gia rolled her eyes and finished off the last few sentences before sending the finished copy to Mr Thomas and to Bucky so he could read over it. Gia picked up her bag and routed around for her phone before dialling a call. "Loki? Hi it's Gia I was just wondering if you still wanted to go out? I'm just about to head out of the office"

Gia started closing down her computer as Loki agreed to meet her at a coffee shop just down the road. Gia made sure her office was presentable for Monday and collected her things before making her way toward the elevator. She was thankful when the elevator chimed and she stepped inside, Gia being the only one in the elevator.

Gia walked down the street weaving her way through the crowds of people, her phone ringing from her bag. "What did you and Loki get up to then? I am dying to know" Gia laughed at her as she crossed the road, watching out for cars. "We kissed and then when we got into the cab where he may have used his hands or should I say fingers"

Becca squealed on the other end of the line as Gia laughed, gaining the attention of people passing by. "Hey listen I'll call you later I'm about to have coffee with Loki" Gia could almost hear the smirk in her friends voice as she replied "if you get up to any naughty business I want to hear all about it."

Gia ended the call with her friend before pushing the door of the small quaint coffee shop. Gia's eyes roamed the small shop before falling upon his face. The smile he held was infectious and made Gia's stomach turn with nerves.

"I thought it this morning but seeing you now.. you have taken my breath away once again Miss Kate" Loki charmed as he placed a kiss on her cheek, pulling out the chair for her to sit. A true gentleman.

"Thank you, I have to say you look very dashing yourself" she smiled as she picked up the coffee stained menu that was laying on the table. "What are you having? My treat" Gia asked as she placed her menu back onto the table, looking up at Loki who wore a confused look on his face.

"This is a date Gia, which means I should pay for the coffees" he hummed still browsing through the menu. Gia rolled her eyes before looking out the window "oh so this is a date? Well I will get this first order and then you can get it on our next date" Gia smirked.

Loki couldn't help the boyish grin he had on his face as he looked at her "second date? My my what a woman you are" Loki followed Gia in placing the menu back onto the table. "I'll take a peppermint tea thank you" he smiled at Gia as she stood from her chair, making her way over to place their drink orders.
