𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

"MORNING..."

You turned around seeing Mikasa rubbing her eyes. Her hair is messy and a bit of drool is on her cheek. The oven ding notifying you the biscuits are ready.

"Where's Armin?"

"He went to Eren's house to study."

She leaned against the counter, watching as you continue to cook. She felt sorry for pressuring you last night. She didn't mean to cause a problem.

"About last ni-"

"Forget about it. It was a harmless argument." You said as you smiled delicately. Something part of you is still mad at her but sadly you had a soft spot for the younger girl.

You put a plate of food in front of her, kiss her temple, making her blush. Grabbing your keys from the side table caught her attention. You laughed lightly because a piece of bacon crumb was on her face.

"Eat up well Mika. I'm meeting up with a friend later on. Don't wait up."

Tension hangs heavy over your head as you enter their home. It's been too long. You loved the aroma smell of cherry blossoms and vanilla. It's soothing. You sat with your feet cross, hands in lap, staring ahead in front of you.

"I missed you so much, Sasha."

She poured tea in the mug, sitting in front of you. Smiling brightly at your sweet manner.

"It's been so long since I last saw you."

You knew Sasha had a small crush on you during college. She always made little presents for you till the day she confessed. But she understood you didn't feel the same way.

"How's you and Niccolo?"

The sound of her spoon hit the cup gently stopped. Pursing her lips also, not knowing how to answer the question.

"It's complicated right now."

Her hands are clamping up. In reality, Niccolo is with another girl but never address the situation to Sasha. She had to find out the hard way on their three year anniversary.

"Oh I didn't mean to bring it up."

"It's fine really."

She grabbed your hand in hers, giving you a small smile. You can tell she's hiding the agony of her love but she's strong willing. After a couple of conversations and eating later, you left  Sasha's house in a good mood.

You enter your own home seeing Eren and Armin watching a movie but there's no Mikasa. Eren turned his attention towards you and smiled.

"Welcome home N/N."

"Where's Mika?"

Armin frowned slightly, pointing towards your room.

"She went to sleep in your room."

You nodded, giving the boys a farewell and headed to your room. You noticed Mikasa is asleep while holding onto a pillow. You sat down on the bed gently, trying not to wake her up. After showering and getting dressed for bed, your phone vibrated.
