I need to call someone. I'm not okay, but I only have a small amount of minutes on my phone - stupid high priced phone bills - and I should use it for emergencies..

I pulled my phone out of my pocket, every move making my entire body ache and create a little more blood loss.

I brought the screen up to my face, the brightness almost blinding, and saw a picture of Dan's smiling face. A grin began to grow on my face and I knew who to call.

I dialed his number and listened to the dial tone. "Hey, Phil!" Dan greeted happily.

"Hey, Dan. I have to ask you something."

"What is that?"

"Have I ever told you how much I love you?"

"Yeah, all of the time. Why?"

"Well, I'm going to do it again because I feel like it." I just want this to be my last conversation..

He chuckled, "Alright, go ahead."

"Dan, I love you. I love you so, so much. I love your beautiful, caramel-brown eyes that are sometimes filled with sadness, but always seem to shine. I love your dimple - well, dimples - but one is more prominent than the other. I love poking them and placing small kisses on them. I love your hands and arms, they're just so nice and pleasing to look at. I love your fingers for various reasons." Dan let out a small snort at that comment. "Shush, I'm talking. I love your legs and feet, they're really long and make you a giant, taller than me. I love your entire body because it is so lovely to look at, to touch, to feel its warmth."

"And to do other things to."

"That, too." I laughed, letting out a small groan afterwards because of the searing pain shooting through stomach and all along my side.

"Phil? Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine, keep listening to me."

"O-okay." He sounded so unsure it broke my heart.

"I love your smile because it's just perfect. It makes me happy when you smile because you look happy and happy Dan is better than any other Dan. I love your hair because it's nice to play with when I'm cuddling with you or just when I'm bored. I love how much you love your music even though I don't like all of it and some of it scares me. I love how much you love anime because I love it, too, and it's something we can talk about and cry over. I love every single-" I had to stop talking for a second to catch my breath; I also started feeling lightheaded and dizzy making me a little sick to my stomach.

"Phil, really, are you okay? Where are you? What's going on?"

"I'm fine, Dan. Talking to you makes me feel like I'm with you, so that answers all of your questions. Now, I love every single thing about you. I cannot find a single flaw in you and that makes me realize how ridiculously lucky I am to have you. You are my light, my other half, my everything. I will always, always love you. Please never, ever forget that."

"Phil, I love you, too, but I'm still baffled as to why you're doing this. Are you okay? Did something happen? I need to know."

"You'll know eventually. I have to go, Dan, I'm using up the rest of my minutes. I love you. Stay safe, be happy, keep enjoying life. I'll see you in a little while. Bye."

I hung up before Dan could say anything else since he'd start arguing and I really didn't have any time for that. Literally.

I looked up to the sky, seeing the stars look brighter than they ever had before. I'll be a part of them in a little while now. I'll be one of the beautiful, lively stars that fill the night sky every night; all the stars that are looked at my everyone in the world. I'll be one of them..

I sighed, my breaths becoming more and more short, my eyes blurring and filling with tears. I'm sorry for leaving you so early, Dan. I know you're not ready. But you'll be okay. You'll be fine. I'll see you again one day, hopefully not soon, and we'll be together again.

Oh the stars.. They look so beautiful tonight.
