✖ Phil's POV ✖

"Ugly, ugly, ugly," I heard Dan mutter. Even as I heard him say those nasty words, it broke my heart. How could someone so beautiful think so low of his self? I just didn't get it! Maybe I can show him how perfect he is? But how, exactly, will I do that?

Currently, he didn't quite know I had heard him, seeing as I was pretty much spying on him. Not that that was my intention, I had just came to ask him if he wanted some dinner. That didn't matter now; I was on a mission, a mission to make Dan feel better. But I still didn't know how I was going to do that. Improvise, that's something you're good at.

"Daaan," I sing-songed, bursting through his door, and nearly scaring him to death.

"Jesus Christ, Phil! What is it?"

"I have to tell you something," I grinned.

"What?" he asked, obviously irritated that he couldn't nit-pick at himself.

"You're amazing," I said as loud as I could, well, as loud as I could go without waking anyone, not that they could hear us. I hope.

"And?" he raised an eyebrow, utterly confused.

"Oh, you're amazing just the way you are," I sang, making hand gestures as a singer would do.

Dan rolled his eyes, not at all amused, "Oh, Phil.."

I walked over to him, grabbing his shoulders, and spinning him to where he could see himself in the mirror. He cringed, trying to hide it since I happened to be there. "Oh, his eyes, his eyes make the stars look like they're not shining. His hair, his hair falls perfectly without him trying." I ruffled his hair, causing Dan to turn red as a tomato. I giggled and continued on, "He's so beautiful and I'll tell him everyday. I know, I know, when I compliment him he won't believe me and it's so, it's so sad to think that he don't see what I see. But every time he asks me, 'Do I look okay', you know what I say?"

"Phil," Dan groaned, covering his face.

"When I see you're face, there's not a thing that I would change," I took his hands away from his face, lifting his chin with one finger so he was looking straight at me. "'Cause you're amazing, just the way you are," I grinned, placing a quick kiss on Dan's soft, pink lips.

He looked down, embarrassed, I could tell by the light red tint of his cheeks. "Hey, Dan, you okay?" I asked, not sure if he was crying or laughing. He kept his head down, not looking at me. "I'm sorry," I said genuinely. I hadn't meant to make him feel worse. Did I do the wrong thing? Oh, Phil, you stupid idiot!

Dan suddenly threw his arms around me, laughing. "Oh, Phil, you butt head. I love you so much, you know that?"

"No, but I do now."

I was laughing the whole time while writing this, I'm sorry. This is probably the stupidest one-shot I've written, next to 'House Plants'. Also kinda funny how I was listening to 'November Rain' the whole time, making it the funniest, yet saddest writing experience ever. I also meant to change the lyrics up a bit since Dan isn't a girl.
