Sunday, Mark's House, 9:45 am
Ding-Dong!
'Who is it? It's a bit too early for Kat or Cass to arrive, I think it's Lily.' Mark went and unlocked the door to see Kat and Lily holding two massive sheets of coloured paper. "Do me a favour and hold this box, will you?!" Lily exclaimed as she could not see what was in front of her. "Kat? Since when do you appear on time?" Mark asked him as he was assisting Lily with the papers. "Let's just say someone didn't let me snooze," Kat said, having a grimace on his face. Lily kept cackling and left Mark clueless. The kids went to his room and started spreading the sheets of paper and fetched a set of markers to draw with. "Where's Cass? Oh! And is she okay now? She was unstable yesterday," Lily asked the others about Cassandra's absence. "She's your friend?"  Mark cross-questioned Lily. She gleamed and explained, "She's not awful, could use a bit of reshaping though." A few minutes into categorizing the papers and plotting, someone opened the door of Mark's room. "Hey guys, sorry I'm late, I was occupied for the hour," Cassandra confessed as she came and sat by Lily. Lily thought, 'Though I was a bit shocked, I smiled and welcomed a new friend,'

"Now moving towards the point, did everyone bring their theses on why this issue persists?" Mark inquired and everyone bobbed. "Great! Let's begin from Kat," Kat took out some snapshots and an article from his bag, "My hypothesis may sound absurd at first but bear with me. These photos are of the school editing room. This shot was taken 5 months ago before anything started and this is a photo from a few weeks back. Do you see the difference?" Kat asked the team. All the kids examined the photos and Lily instantly noticed what was wrong, "The editing computers, why do they look so worn out? There are scratches everywhere," Cassandra noted it too, "Yes but I think this doesn't specify what we are looking for, Kat, how is it valid?" Kat smiled and took back the images, "Now this is my assumption, there is a medium. A medium who can traverse the world's or shall I say forged the drama realm. I thought it was a logical explanation cause the medium be it anything is travelling, and is powerful enough to cause minor unsettlement in our world, take the editing room for instance," Kat surprised everyone as he said that. "A medium? Like a thing that is travelling both worlds but what does it want to do?" Cassandra asked. Kat shook his head, he had no idea. "I'll present my thesis now," Lily said.

"It's a warp hole. It starts exactly when we recite a line of the play, and we reach that place and time. The thing I need to test is whether it has anything to do with our script paper." Lily's theory had a different root but it didn't gain everyone's support. "Warp hole? Do those things exist? And this never happened before?" Cassandra asked and Lily shook her head from side to side in denial. Cass was writing all the theories on a vast square paper along with shreds of evidence and things that needed to be checked. "My turn!" Mark beamed in joy.

"Ghost! It all makes sense, the ghost is the medium, it is travelling worlds and making us travel with it! The scratches on the editing screens, those are nail scratches, how did they get there? The ghost or spirit may have fought with the editing team and changed the script. Kat, you thought it was Ms Holly right?" Mark jumped and asked him and Kat nodded. Mark smiled and continued, "But it wasn't, Ms Holly did want to change the script and she told the editing team to do it but the changed script turned out to be this one! Do you get it?!" Mark squealed. Cassandra and Lily were left in utter shock. "Hold up, you are saying a spirit is behind this? Dude we live in the real world! How can you say a ghost can travel between worlds!?" Lily questioned. Cassandra nodded in agreement, Mark and Kat on the other hand felt this theory may be the most relevant.

"Lily you haven't been in that world so you're just assuming. Tomorrow is the day you will be introduced and neither of us will be there. If we could, then you can feel the dark aura way better than us, you know what I mean by that, right?" Kat said. Lily went pale in fear remembering those moments from her gloomy past but then suddenly Cassandra spoke, "Oh no, GUYS! Lily may not be the only one entering the world tomorrow..."
