"Oh my gosh! I think we're almost there!" Cassandra squeled. "Ahem! I told you my story, now tell me the reason why you wanted to know." Lucy asked.
Lily took the honors, "In our Highschool, we are also preparing for a festival. We needed to do a drama in it. Since the start of rehearsals, something really weird is happening. Each time we do a scene, all of the characters end up in the environment the scene is supposed to be in. We believe it is another world, and when we start a scene we teleport to that exact place in the drama world. We think a medium or ghost is behind this."
"We came to you because during such a rehearsal when Lily said Flag on the Play, I saw a king and a queen, an angry Prince and my brother." Kat continued, feeling guilty about his accusations on his brother with his every action.
"Our sketch didn't include any queen, king or Prince-"
"But ours did." Lucy said as she made eye contact with the kids. They knew, Lucy was about to tell them something they should've known from the start.
Lucy continued, "The story started with a king and a queen who were fed up with their son's acts of selfishness and just bad in general. Therefore banned him from the kingdom. The angry Prince went to Pelivers county and started living as a Goon. Soon Karter who was playing role of a Detective went to capture the prince and gather evidence against him but he never returned to his family. His son and daughter, James and Penny along with their friends Sean and Marie went to find him. Elise was playing the role of Karter's wife. That's all I remember." Lucy concluded leaving the kids in shock.
"Our story is a sequeal? OH MY GOSH!" Mark started freaking out. "In simple words, our sketch starts where yours ended. I am playing the role of Marie, Kat is playing the role of Sean and Mark and Lily are playing James and Penny respectively." Cassandra pointed out.
"This can't be a coincidence. Did you guys copy off of our work?" Lucy asked. "No!" The others responded. "Our sketch wasn't this at all. It was about a princess. Our drama teacher wanted to change the sketch and when we got it, it was this one!" Mark said. "But we got the information we needed, thank you so much Miss Lucy for your hospitality and we won't share your secret with anyone. We must leave now, it takes an hour to reach home." Kat said getting up and leaving the house. They had missed their bus at 7 and had to wait for the bus at 8:15 pm.
Meanwhile...
'SEBASTIAN!'
'Yes Sire!?'
'These kids know who I am,'
'Would you like to play the game with them while they'll be trapped here, sire?'
'Yes, set it up, make sure all escape routes are closed and check up on the old prisoners and try to make space for our new guests too!'
'Of course, Sire.'
'No one has ever one won this game and have ended in the fatal abyss,'
'No one shall ever win against the mighty Vanberg,'
'Well said Sebastian, well said...'
