Chapter 15

"Babe I'm home" Kiara showed as she entered the apartment.

Calli gave a grumble resembling something across the lines of "welcome back" as she stared closely at her laptop tapping away. She was trying to find music to practice to gift Kiara debating in her head between something that was slow or perhaps something akin to rapping.

Arms wrapped around her slender waist tugging lightly as a form leaned on her back, pecking on her neck. "Whatcha doin?"

Calli winced a little before looking up at Kiara. "Preparing for a karaoke stream next week (lie), what about you Kusotori? You left early."

Kiara flinched lightly, realizing she didn't have an excuse planned.

"Uhmm I was... getting groceries. Yeah." Kiara said trying to make up something on the spot but failing spectacularly.

"Bullshit! you didn't bring anything" Calli said pushing Kiara down as she took more control. The two were now on the floor with Calli on top with both of her arms beside Kiara's chest.

"F-fine you got me." Kiara said trying her best stop her bright her blush.

Calli smirked standing up pulling Kiara as well. The reaper then sat down triumphantly back onto the couch. "Go on, spill the tea."

"Sheesh I was going to say this later today but fine."  Kiara said brushing invisible dirt from her shirt.

Walking next to Calli onto the couch, Kiara reignited her energy as she told Calli her plans. "I was planning a little date thingy for us on the penthouse balcony . But it's not done yet! I still have uhmm preparations to do."

Calli's eyes looked in surprise for a moment before calming down. Kiara's been planning little dates for the both of them since they began being friends. This should be fun she thought to herself.

"Alright then Kustori but I have something I wanna do as well. Like a little song for that day so be prepared ok?" Calli said giving a thumbs up.

The two of them sat in the silence, grinning at each other's plan before a sudden alarm rang from Kiara's phone.

"Oh shit I forgot about my stream! Imma leave now see ya Calli!" Kiara shouted as she immediately ran to her room.

Calli chuckled for a bit before going back to her laptop to continue typing. She played a song for a moment before grinning to herself. She's going to love this.

The elevator opened as Ina walked out of it leaving her shopping stuff on the side the priestess walked up to the center of the balcony as she plopped onto the ground.

I'm order for Ina to get a full scope of the place she began envisioning herself onto different parts of the area, taking pictures of the view which she will later send to Kiara.

Summoning her tentacles to grab some of the supplies Ina then grinned as the inner artist began waking up.

"Maybe this would go great here? No what about there with the table and-" She paused. Someone's coming up.

Ina(get it) immediate motion Ina grabbed her stuff as she hid near a corner of the place, whispering a small incantation to make herself more hidden.

The elevator opened once more and out came Calli. The reaper wore sweatpants with pink t-shirt holding her phone as she hummed to a song that was blasting on her headphones. Out of sight of Ina.

Carefully the priestess crept from her hiding place, slipping into the elevator tapping the close button as fast as inhumanly possible. It closed. Mission accomplished.

Calli looked back at the elevator. She swore she heard a small child murmuring. Must be some sort of weird ghost she guessed as she looked back at the balcony. "I wonder what Kusotori's planning for me."
