I looked down at Blight in regret. He's now a problem...

I carefully moved my hand from his shoulder to inside his pockets, smiling in delight. Blight, moaning on my shoulder doesn't seem to notice. I hope the Jutice Building of District Four doesn't have cameras...otherwise someone might have a lot of questions for me.

I snatched the joints and little plastic bag with a smirk before holding them up in Blight's line of sight. Winking at him while shaking the bag of coke. "I bet this won't feel so bad".

Again, I'm a bad person. Taking advantage of drug addict. I smiled clamly at him and started pouring out lines on the floor of the justice bulding before nudging Blight with a smirk. "Atta boy".

I watched him snort a few lines, moan to himself and I exhaled. He's too out of it now to know if I slip away or not. I bit my lip in slight shame and patted his head. "Stay here, Blight".

"S'try".

I nodded as if I understood. I think he was trying to 'I'll try' but one can never be too sure with Blight.  Thus, I left the justice building and started walking the streets of a District I've never even been to before.

Step 1, find Victor's Villiage.

This would be a lot easier if I wasn't so famous. Ever step I took people smiled, waved and pointed. Yeah, I defiantly haven't gone unnoticed.

Ah well, eyes on the prize.  When I thought I'd be at the beach I was in fact in the market square. Damn it. Everything smelt of fish. I blanched and held my nose before quickly dropping my hand. They'll think I'm rude if I keep that up.

I walked up to the nearest stall. It was selling an orange looking fish. I felt my head tip to the side in fascination, I didn't even know fish came in different colours. Focus, its not important Victoria. I smiled at the man behind the stall who seemed very excited to see me. I rubbed the back of my neck nervously. "Sorry to bother you, Sir. But I'm actually quite lost. I was taking a tour of your district with the mayor and I think I admired your beaches for too long. He mention seeing Victros Village next and I don't have any idea as to where to find it".

This man is in his early thirties and handsome. Blonde hair, tanned skin with nice blue eyes. And he, like everyone here seems to knows who I am. He nodded and pointed in the exact opposite way I'd came so that in its self calls bull shit on my story. "Just at the end of the beach you can't miss it. It's real nice the Victors Villiage here. Private beach, wonderful houses and people. You'll love it. Perfect to learn to swim and raise a family".

I nodded a thanks before turning around and walking in that direction.

The fuck was that?.  Why try to sell it to me, I'm not going to live there!.

Perfect to learn how to swim and raise a family...?. Really?

Do I look like I'm about to pop out a few kids and raise them in District-bloody-Four of all places?!?.

Unless...No. Not until I break into the houses, not until I have the proof. Until then that man is just a wack job fisherman.

By the time I made it the iron like gates I smiled. A big shiny sign with the words victors village. The archway was deroracted in seashells and sea glass. It was beautilful. In seven we just have a vine awrch way but this put us to shame.

The village its self is picturesque. Mansions stood side by side as if apart of the pathway to the beach. The water making the most spectacular view behind them. The man wasn't lying. I smiled. I'm glad Liam grew up here. Despite the horrors of his childhood it'd be so easy to look at this place and assume he lived the perfect life.
