"Oh no, nuh-uh." Ruby said, placing her hands on her hips, "I'm not gonna help you, not after I told you specifically to NOT go there again, you knew it was too dangerous!"

Louis pouted, holding his side in pain, trying to avoid touching his bruises. "I'm sorry Ruby...please just help me." He asked, a pleading smile plastered onto his face. Ruby shook her head in response, closing her room door.

Louis sighed, walking down the hall now. He eyed the wall's graffiti, laughing at a few markings. It subsided the pain for a little bit, until a small figure ran into him. Louis grunted, feeling AJ cling onto his only slightly bruised leg. "Hi Louis!" AJ smiled up to him. Louis tried his best to smile back.

Clementine turned the hall's corner, huffing from the exhaustion that took over her body. Louis perked his head up happily, hearing the sound of crutches hit the floor. Clementine smiled as she saw her two favorite boys, the feeling of exhaustion leaving. She smiled until she saw the pained look on Louis' face. "You ok there?" She asked, squinting her eyes.

"No, not really. I kinda uh, I kind of bruised my entire body, and AJ may or may not be bruising it more." He laughed, AJ let go, rubbing the back of his neck. "Sorry Louis." AJ whimpered, looking down to his feet. Louis shook his head, "It's ok AJ. I was just joking buddy."

"What's wrong?" Clementine asked worringling, examining his body up and down, trying to find the part that looked in most pain. She noticed his face having a few scratches, one deep-ish cut on his bottom lip. "Well...it's a long-ish story. But to make it short, I went to this ditch area a mile or so from the school, and I fell down in a huge pile of thorns. So, scratches, bruises, just pain in general." He sighed.

Clementine pursed her lips, "Ok, you need to be properly disinfected. You know how dirty it gets in the apocalypse, Lou."

Louis nodded frantically, "Yea! That's why- maybe I was thinking...?" Louis sucked in his breath, it was a last minute thought, and he was afraid she might take it in a weird way. "I was thinking you could help me with that? I have some medical shit in my room. AJ can go draw in your guy's room while you help?"

AJ perked his head up, "Why can't I come?" AJ pouted. Louis stutterd to himself, in reality, he really didn't mind AJ's presence. But, ever since they started dating, he's had only about 10-15 minutes TOPS alone with her. The Delta was gone, and now he really wanted to start this normal (as much as it could get) life. Clementine came to Louis' rescue, "Well AJ, does it really sound fun to sit there and watch me help him clean his wounds? Or does drawing in the courtyard with Violet sound funner?"

AJ gave Clementine a toothy grin, "Second thing! So, can I go?" AJ jumped slightly on his feet with excitement. "Yea, go for it."

He hugged her waist, before leaving to their room that they shared.

"Thanks." Louis said, giving Clementine a warm smile. She nodded as a response, walking over to him with her crutches. "Show the way, cause I don't know where your room is, Lou."

Louis nodded, "Of course, my lady." He winked, making her roll her eyes playfully.

They now stood in front of his door, Clementine examined around his door, seeing the marking, 'Louis lives here :)' next to it, was a craving that made Clementine slightly sad, 'Marlon was here >:)'

Her sad feeling subsided as Louis opened the door.

He let her in first, then came in after. "Oh wow. It's actually really nice here." Clementine commented, making her way over to his bed, sitting on it and putting the crutches down on the side. She smelt the air, "It smells like...roses in here?" Clementine was taken off guard, she was so used to the familiar smell of guts and blood but- this was a pleasant surprise. He walked over to his closet, grabbing a bottle with no issue, he didn't even stand on his tip-toes. Not fair, Clementine thought. He held the bottles in his hand before tossing it to Clementine, "Rose water. Made by yours truly." He put a hand on his chest, puffing it out proudly. He goes back into the closet, grabbing an old lunch box, his own medical box.

He made his way over, while also dragging his desk chair with him. He set the desk chair in front of Clementine, sitting on it. "Ok, so, where do we start?" he asked, shyly looking into her eyes.

Clementine opened the box, grabbing the saline tubes and cotton balls. "We gotta clean your cuts, but first let's get you..." She searched around in the box, "Lets give you these." Clementine handed him an Advil, he took it. "Ok...uhm. This is gonna feel so weird." Clementine commented to herself, reaching for her ponytail. She took her hair tie off, wrapping it around her wrist. "Oh wow." Louis' words were breathy, her beauty had knocked the breath out of him. She blushed slightly, spinning him around in his desk chair.

He then felt her small fingers glide against his cheeks, making them, including his ears, heat up. She giggled, feeling the sudden heat. She tried her best, tying back the uneven dreads. She spun him back around, he now faced her again. His pretty-ness knocked the breath out of her as well.

"You're staring Clemmy."

Clementine shook her head quickly, "Don't call me that, BeLOUga." She snickered, Louis tried to laugh, but ultimately just cringed.

"You have a pretty room." Clementine commented, trying to ease the tension in her stomach from the way Louis' and her knees touched, as well as her being super close to his face. She wasn't lying though, he did have a nice room. There was no bunk bed on the other side, he had neatly placed decor around his room (unlike Clem's decor) including posters of musical artists and baseball stars. Not to mention, his blankets just felt like pure silk, something he probably brought from his rich home to Ericsons when he was a kid. "And you have a pretty face. Along with very other pretty things." He said flirtatiously. He smirked at her grumble, her cheeks becoming red.

"You have a prettier face." Clementine commented, smirking at his cheeks turning red as well. "Ok, done." Clementine leaned back, throwing the used items in the trash bin next to his bed.

She lifted herself up on her foot, grabbing her hair tie. Louis stopped her hand from tying her hair back up, "Keep it down, at least for now." She smiled a little, placing it on her wrist.

"Now, the hard part." She huffed, biting her lip as well.

She grabbed the hem of his shirt, "Aren't we moving a little too fast? We've only had one date." he joked, to which Clementine just replied with a chuckle, shaking her head.

Suddenly he giggled, making Clemenitne stop briefly, before pulling his shirt up once more, he then giggled again. "What?!" Clementine snapped. Louis held a hand on his mouth, "Sorry, I'm extremely ticklish." He laughed through his hands. She rolled her eyes, biting her lip and squinting her eyes. "Arms up." She demanded, he obliged. In a quick swift motion, she pulled his shirt off. "Woah." He said, "You got those mom powers."

Clementine ignored him, fixated on his defined chest. His face and demeanor just screamed pretty to her, but his body, wow. It screamed something else. She shook her head, blushing deeply. She grabbed a new cotton ball and saline. "You really fucked yourself up for some ditch?" She asked, patting down the small wounds. Avoiding his bruises as best as she could.

Louis smiled, stopping her from continuing. "It wasn't just any ditch-" He got up, grabbing his trench coat that was covered in twigs and thorns. He reached inside, and pulled out a rose. He handed it to Clementine. "I went there to get you this, it was worth it."

Clementine took it, smiling down at it, "Thank you." She said, a blush forming upon her face. He sat back down. She looked into his eyes, they both saw their pupils dilate. She gave him a peck on his lips. He smiled, then frowned, "Just a peck..?" He pouted. She snickered, "Your lip is cut Lou." She went back to work on his chest. He put a hand on her chin, lifting it up so she could look at his face. Her butterflies in her stomach went into chaos at that simple interaction.

He leaned down, catching her lips swiftly. They both smiled against it, she wrapped her arms around his neck, tilting her head to deepen the kiss. He slowly let his hands fall to her waist, then moved his hands to her tight curls laying on her shoulder.

Their moment was ruined as Louis winced, "Ouch.." he whined, Clementine laughed, "See! I told you, you got a cut lip Lou..."

Louis sighed, watching her finish the work on his chest. She grabbed the shirt on his bed, giving it to him.

"Wanna go see what drawings AJ did?" Clementine asked, grabbing her crutches. Louis nodded, wincing as he gave her a kiss. Clementine pushed him back, "You just don't learn, do you?" She said, "How could I learn when your face is distracting me?" he flirted. Clementine slapped his clothed shoulder, "Shut-up. Come on."

With that, they left for the courtyard.
