The Next Day

Vinnie's Pov

After mine and Ana's date I couldn't help but be nervous... What if she didn't want to move forward? What if she just wants to be friends... Did I just imagine those times with her? Were they just a figment of my imagination? Was it just my mind playing tricks? Does she even believe me? I questioned myself nonstop, like a question ferris wheel going in circles without stopping ever. I heard a knock coming from my room door; I got up and saw Hera rubbing against the white painted wooden door as little purrs escape from her; she only gets that way if it's someone she's comfortable with. I knitted my brows in confusion on why suddenly she's acting that way, "'excuse me mama's"" I let out scooting her softly away from the door with my foot; I opened my room door to see Ana in front of me with a soft smile. I smiled at the sight of her, I opened the door wider. I let her in. She smiled more coming in. Her smile only gets bigger when Hera comes into sight; no wonder she was acting all lovable. I say in my mind she gets that way with everyone; but more lovable to Ana since she's already gotten used to her. I smiled as i watched the two as Ana goes on and on about missing her, and she picked her up like a baby kissing her head as she gave her neck scratches "hi!" She blurted as hera returned a meow in response as if they were talking about something

I chuckled, "she really missed you," I commented "she honestly hasn't gotten that way all month only with me but yeah" I let out. She smiled my way as she continued loving on Hera, as they finished Ana started dusting the shed hair that Hera shedded on her sweatshirt "sorry, I need to start brushing her more" I apologize giving her a hand. "It's fine," she chuckled softly, "really." She let out "Zeus has been shedding like crazy so I understand" she reassured me, god it feels honestly good to actually hear her voice; her chuckles, see her smile; see her beautiful dark brown eyes; I swear she gets beautiful every fucking day. I couldn't help myself but admire her up close as she was distracted playing with Hera as Hera tried to capture her wiggly fingers as she rose her hand up and down, which caused me to smile. She glanced at me, the sun was dimming in from my window blinds, the way it shined over her and just made her beautiful. She knitted her brows together, confused "is there something on my face?" She asked rubbing her fingertips along her face as she was looking for a possible flaw on her face to get it off; I chuckled, I nodded. Her face expression changed to a more worry look as she was about to get up to I'm assuming to go check herself. Before she can, I grabbed her wrist gently, tugging her gently towards as I cupped her cheek, bringing her down for a kiss; I opened my eyes barely to see her reaction. She was confused but little by little, she relaxed as our lips moved in sync.

Slowly she sat down on my lap, wrapping my arms around her waist. She wrapped her's around my neck, I held her close as our bodies melted into each other; I placed my hands on her waist dugging my fingertips into her sides as I continued kissing her gentle lips. We both pulled away breathing heavily smiling at one another; she blushed looking down trying to hide her face. "Don't." I let out. She furrowed her brows in confusion "hmm?" She hummed,"Don't get shy, that was finally really amazing. " I admitted smiling very cheesy. "You think?" She asked nervously; but as soon as she asked she got up. I furrowed my brows in confusion "you okay?" I asked, "uh I gotta use the restroom," she said, and before I could reply back she was gone as I glanced towards the bathroom it was slammed shut.

Ana's Pov

OH MY FUCKING GODDDD!!!!! I stood against the counter of the sink. Did that actually just happen?! I shut the lid of the toilet down, then sat down. I cupped my face blushing so bad, Vinnie and I kissed. Me and Vinnie kissed.. Oh.. My.. God! WE KISSED!!!! The fuck and his lips were so soft; mm the way we moved in sync while kissing. I bit my bottom lip. Replaying the moment in my mind, pictureing how it felt. Where he placed his hands, where he softly dug his fingertips onto my sides. Damn it! He definitely did won me over that asshole... Cute but very corny and so sweet; I smiled like a complete idiot.
