- I bit my nail nervously as John walked into the court room. " John Booker Routledge, pursuant to the North Carolina statue section 14 you are charged with murder in the first degree, with aggravated circumstances if convicted the maximum sentence would be the death penalty" I was shocked couldn't say anything. Death Penalty he didnt do anything . "hes 17 hes is just a kid please" I yelled out to the judge. Jj pulled me out we walked out everybody saying how he got what he deserved the Cameron's walked by as one of his friends said "im sorry for what you and your family have gone through thank god the justice system works" The guy said "can you shut up. Of course you think the system worked because it was made to protect people like you." I said "he will have his day in court and a Jury will decide" his friend said " Is this what you like ward pulling family's part. He shouldn't even be in court  you should be in there because you killed my dad and Peterkin. You have a lot of nerve showing up here" I said as Sheriff Shoupe came running over "I know you are upset okay i understand" he said "No you dont you didnt just hear your 17 year old brother get told he could get the death penalty for a crime he did not commit" I said "Hes got you all fooled I know you are upset" I jumped forward going to Ward as everyone pushed me and held me back "fuck you ward" I said to him "Thats why your daughter is standing here with us you Asshole. Rot in hell" I said 

"hey! wanna go with your brother?" Shoupe said as JJ dragged me away. we got into Kies car as I brought my knees up to my chest crying into them as we headed back to the château. I sat in a chair starring blankly out " I am going to testify against my dad i just need to get ahold of my sister Wheezie is the only other person that knows Rafe wasn't home that day. we need to do something i got us into this mess and im going to get us out" Sarah said "Wheezie yeah that will work well she's right about one thing we have to do something. Our boy is a PO-dub right now. Hes help captive by then enemy right now. Maybe even scheduled for execution are we just going to sit here-" Jj got cut off by Kie yelling at him "Okay then so what's the plan we start by kidnapping Shoupe" Kie said "maybe you know thats not the worst idea actually" Jj said as i looked at him weird "oh really? its not?" Kie said "No" jj dragged out the "O" getting then cut off by Pope "that is the worst idea I've heard" he started the obvious "its pretty bad" Sarah said from inside "you know what please stay out of this pope okay look we have been doing everything your way and how has that been working out?" I let out a huff knowing JJ pushed too far "okay then so what's your plan you gonna storm a jail guns-a-blazin" Pope said standing up "Look pope all im trying to do is to get you to understand is they got our boy. Are we just going to sit here and do nothing? No we are going to go get his ass we are going to do something about it" Jj yelled the last part "JJ we are not storming a jail. I am pregnant and the last thing i need to worry about is you guys in jail along with my brother okay?" I said Taking Popes place in front of JJ "you know what fine you guys sit in your comfy chair do nothing. I'm going to see what I can do make something happen even if i have to do it myself" Jj said putting on his hat "okay" Kie said as he walked out "we have my appointment JJ" i said but he was too far my voice being drowned out by the rain I sighed and sat down throwing a glass in frustration "fuck" I yelled as the glass shattered on the floor "Kie can you take me. They wont give me the Twinkie back because its in john's name so" I said wiping my tears "sure come on" Kiara said as the four of us got in kies car and left"

"so it looks like you are twelve weeks along and you can hear the baby's heartbeat today if you want. But im going to ask you some questions just to make sure the baby and you are nice and healthy. Have you been under an extreme amount of stress lately?

"what is causing that stress" 

"My brother just got arrested for a crime he didnt commit and could get the death penalty"
