CHAPTER 8 DRIVE THRU

Tiningnan ko ang finished product ng plates kong ginawa it's...good.

I stood up kinuha ko ang shoulder bag ko at susi ng kotse mag l-lunch muna ako bago pumunta do'n.

Sumakay ako sa elevator at pumunta sa parking lot pinatunog ko ang sasakyan ko.

Bubuksan ko na sana ang pinto nang makita ko ulit si Engineer Leviste nakatupi na ngayon ang sleeves ng polo nya hanggang siko.

Nag iwas ako ng tingin,why I'm always like this when it comes to him?

"Hey Architect Caniego" Nagulat ako mg tawagin nya ako humarap ako sa kan'ya at napakurap kurap bahagya ko pang itinuro ang sarili ko napatawa s'ya at tumango.

Why he looks so hot?

I smiled at him at isinara ang pinto ng kotse ko.

"Why Engineer Leviste?" I asked

Lumapit sya sa'kin " Jeremy texted me" he said and show the text on his cellphone.

"A-Anong sabi?" I asked

"Read it" he said and then nod at me

Hoy pre! Isabay mo na si Architect Caniego papunta sa site hindi nya alam ang papunta do'n ako sana ang kasabay nya e may emergency lang dito sa bahay.

I looked at him after reading the message.
"Let's go". he said and go to his car

"Convoy na lang tayo engineer" I said
He just nod at me.

Sumakay ako sa kotse ko at ini-start iyon

Pero di nag start i tried to start the engine again but it didn't work,
Bumaba ako sa kotse ko.

Nakita kong bumaba rin si Lucas sa kotse nya at pumunta sa kotse ko

"It's not starting" I said
"Can i check?"
"Sure" I said and open the door of my car,
Pumasok sya sa loob at ini-start ang kotse pero hindi nagana he tried to start the engine again but still not working.

"May problema ang kotse mo" He said
"Sumabay ka na sa'kin" he added

Napatango na lang ako sa kan'ya at kinuha ang Susi ng kotse ko iniwan ko muna pa parking lot ipapa ayos ko mamaya o bukas.

Naglakad sya papunta sa kotse n'ya akmang pagbubuksan n'ya ako ng pinto nang pigilan ko s'ya.

"No need, kaya kong buksan ang pinto para sa'kin" I said

He just look and nod at me.
Binuksan ko ang pinto at sumakay sa shotgun seat.

He started the engine and drove the car.
Sobrang tahimik,the atmosphere is so awkward.

I was just looking at the window...and then my gazed went to him he's just looking at the way his left arm are resting on the window while his hand are playing his lips.

the hell?!

"Don't stare" He said and arched his one eyebrow at me.

Nag iwas ako ng tingin at kunwaring nag te-text sa cellphone.
I heard him laugh.

"So what's the real score?" He asked while looking at the road there's a annoying smile in his lips.

"Ha?!" sigaw ko nagpapa tawa ba s'ya?
I know what he's talking about tsk?

"We're just friends" I said and look at him

"Why are you asking?" I asked

"Nothing" he simply said
