Feelings// 9-1-1 x Reader

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨

"Wait, who's up there?" Bobby asked

"La bombera." Eddie stated simply

"Firefighter" y/n told him "specifically a woman"

"Hey, we could use a hand up here." A girl said from the Ferris wheel

"Fire lady." Eddie nodded up at the girl

"All right, grab an extra harness, rope, pulleys, figure eight plates." Bobby told Eddie "we'll coordinate evac and transport some down here."

"Sounds like a plan, Cap." Eddie said before climbing up the Ferris wheel, minutes later a man began to lower down

"Coming to you cap" Eddie spoke through the radio, the man began to panic as he was being lowered

"Don't drop me" he yelled out "don't drop me"

"You are okay We've got you, try to relax" Bobby told him

Right before the man was lowered into the boat the water began to move once again and debris ran into the Ferris wheel causing it to shake

"Get me in the boat" he yelled " get me in the boat

"We got you sir" y/n told him calmly as he made it into the boat safely

"Hey, Cap, we can get one down to you, but the other one's a possible spinal." Eddie yelled from the top of the Ferris wheel "We're gonna need a Hail Mary."

"I'll order one up for you." Bobby spoke then picked up his radio "Coast guard, coast guard. This is Captain Nash LAFD. We need a miracle at the pier. We need one quick."

A helicopter flew over head a few minutes later answering their pleads. Eddie and the girl with him clipped the man onto it before the helicopter took him away

"incoming, debris" Bobby yelled out, y/n, who lost her balance in the boat from debris hitting it, she fell straight into the ice cold water

"Y/n" Bobby yelled as soon as she hit the water causing Eddie to turn around and look of the edge of Ferris wheel panicked

"Y/n" Eddie yelled out, the next second her head went above the water and she spit it out of her mouth quickly before Bobby grabbed her and pulled her onto the boat

"Are you hurt" Bobby asked looking at the girl

"Feel more awake that's for sure" y/n said shaking her head as they drove to the other side of the Ferris wheel, Eddie and the girl then jumped off before y/n and Bobby helped them up and onto the boat right before the Ferris wheel fell over

"There's a truck on its way, Captain."

"Copy that. Nash out." Bobby told them before turning to Eddie, y/n and bosko "Our team is still stuck on the other side. Our trucks can't get through just yet. Earth movers are still clearing the roads."

"118's hoofing it for a while." Eddie said as they trudged through the water

"It looks that way." Bobby shook his head "Hen and Chimney are readying some turnout backpacks until we're mobile again. Bosko, your crew from your house are all alive and accounted for except for Captain Cooper. He's still MIA. I'm sorry."

"Well, if it's all the same to you, Captain, I'm gonna stick around and look for him." She said as she held her side gaining the other girls attention

"Why are you holding yourself like that?" Y/n asked her

"It's nothing, bruised rib." She shook her head

"Let me take a look at it." Eddie stepped closer
