Feelings// 9-1-1 x Reader

𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣

"Hey" someone ran to them "The country club said the building's been vacant for repairs. That's why nobody heard him hit the roof."

"Do you know when this happened?" Bobby questioned

"No. I saw a crew up there this morning." The man continued

"So, no more than a few hours" Bobby nodded  "All right. Keep everybody back."

"Got your med kit?" Hen questione the new paramedic

"Not my first rodeo." He told her before they continued

"Jonah, Hen, you take the roof." Bobby ordered "Buck, y/n, we're gonna come at him on the inside. Ericson, you're up top on the assist."

"All right. Up we go, Monday." Hen told him without facing him

"Name's Jonah, and you know that." He corrected "Why do you keep calling me Monday?"

"Cause there's a new one of you every shift." Hen continued as she climbed the ladder "To me, you're Monday."

"Cap. How we looking down there?" Hen asked as the three made their way slowly into the building

"Almost in position." He answered as they made it to the man

"Uh, hey, Cap, I don't want to be insensitive, but, uh, do his legs look really short?" Buck asked as y/n went and poked around the wires

"Oh... Jeez" y/n let outback sigh as buck and cap made their way to look at the  man

"Hen, Jonah, get down here right now." Cap spoke into his radio

It didn't take then long to make it to where they we're, the two groups had switched places

"Bilateral open knee dislocation." Hen said as they looked at the bones that came out of the man's knees "The impact forced the femurs down through the knee. Landed on his feet, and his upper legs kept going."

"Thinking it's better now that he can't feel them." Jonah added

"Blood loss isn't that bad, considering." Hen continued "Lucky he didn't sever his femoral arteries."

"Do we reset them here?" Jonah questioned

"Absolutely not." Hen gave him a look "You know better than to attempt that out in the field."

"Iheard you like to push the envelope." Jonah told her  "Something about having your hand inside of a guy's torso for two hours?"

"That's an entirely different envelope." Hen rolled her eyes

"Ready for extraction, Cap." Hen spoke into her raduo

"All right, Lenny, you stay calm." Y/n told him "Things are gonna get a little noisy."

Buck and Bobby held the fabric over his face as y/n began to cut the roof around him, when the man was free they for him on a gurney before they wheeled him to  the ambulance. People around them clappee before the mariachi band played, buck began to wave at the people earning a look from Bobby and a laugh from y/n. This made him stop.

"Hey." Bobby announced as he and y/n walked into the house, Bobby had a meeting and y/n stayed late at work finishing up paperwork so they just went home together

"Hey." Athena announced

"Ooh, something smells good." Bobby said as he placed papers down on the table

"Ah, it should be ready soon."  Athens smiled at them "How'd it go?"

"Well, not too bad for me." Bobby shrugged "The 153 is the target of choice this time around."
