Feelings// 9-1-1 x Reader

If you had told y/n this was how her day was going to go she would never believe you. The whole shift was calm until they got this one specific call.

The 118 rode off to the dispatch centre in silence, y/n's knee bounced as they rode. Two of her favorite people were in the building that was on fire and that made her nervous yet ready to work and put out the fire

"All right, guys, let's get ready to go." Bobby said as they loaded out of yh truck he walked to a girl "Captain Shore."

"Captain Nash." She faced him with a welcoming smile "you're first on the scene."

"Eddie." Y/n ran to the man who walked out of the building holding up another man

She put the man's other arm around her neck and helped him

"Records room on the second floor is fully involved." Eddie explained as they walked "Fire could spread to the third floor."

"That's the main floor."

"Hen." Eddie said, the two handing the man off to her "The clean agent system knocked him out for a second. He took in a lot of gas, but there could be a lingering narcotic effect."

'Okay, I got him." Hen nodded letting them know they could let the man go

"Okay, Hen, I want you to set up a triage area in the parking garage next door." He pointed to it

"Copy that, Cap. I'm gonna need a hand."

"It is Monday." Jonah raised his hand showing himself in the crowf

"Fine. You'll do." She rolled her eyes

"Happy to help."

"All right, let's go."

"Jonah, take Meyers and Ortiz with you."

"Okay. Come on, guys." He waved at them before walking away

"I want crews at the Delta side, as well. Chimney, put together a team from the 133, raise the ladders" Bobby told him "and start hitting that corner window."

"Copy that. Han, you're with me." Chimney walked past his brother

"Guess we're working together." Albert shrugged with a smile "Should be fun."

"rookie, do everything I tell you to do." Chimney said Sternly

"Or not." Y/n shrugged patting his shoulder as he then followed after chim

"Buck, Lucy, suit up. You're going inside." Bobby ordered "You're gonna hit the fire
at the source on two. Go.

"What about me cap" y/n asked facing him she already knew what he was going to say but a part of her wished thats not what was going to happen

"Even though may is probably out I think it's best if you stand back" Bobby faced her "I don't want you making any rash decisions"

"Bobby" her face immediately dropped "when have I ev-"

"my decision is final-"

"Captain Nash, my people are initializing our disaster protocols, which means they're gonna need help turning a sizable part of that parking garage into a mobile dispatch center so we can keep taking calls." Sue told Bobby quickly as she coughed

"How's the volume?" Shore questioned waking into the conversation

"Oh, it's unusually high." Sue answered 'There's no way that Valley can handle all the traffic."

"Contact Paramedic Greenway from the 133 and coordinate with him." Bobby told her

"Any of my people can help you set up."
