"Woman fell off the balcony from the penthouse floor." Bobby said as they all looked up at the girl "Luckily, she got caught on that sign on the way down. We don't have a lot of time, so let's hustle up. Tactical gear all around. Let's go."

"Cap, floor's too high for the ladder." Lucy told him as they went to the truck to get the gear

"Yeah, and it's way too high for an airbag." Buck agreed "What's the plan?"

"I'm gonna send you down from the roof." Bobby explained "Lucy, Chimney, I want you on the floor below. Kick out that window so we can bring her through there. Hen, find the manager; We need access to the adjacent floors. Ravi, you're with me. The rest of you, I want this whole area clear. Nobody stands underneath her."

"Copy cap" y/n stated frowning, he had been giving her easy jobs ever since Eddie left.

She watched as everyone else ran to do their jobs and she just kept people back and away from any risk of danger. The only thing she could do was listen to the radio

"I just finished securing the lines, Cap. I'm harnessed up. Coming down now." Buck spoke

"Copy that. Fast as you can, Buck."

"Cap, we have a problem. We got to move now. That sign is not secure." Hen said as she looked over the edge

"All right, 30 seconds. Buck's coming down. Chimney, how's that window?"

"In progress."

"It needs to happen now.

"Got to move fast. She's about to drop." Hen spoke weary of what was happening

Y/n turned to look at what was happening and buck was lowering the harness to the girl until suddenly she fell. Y/n let out a gasp as she ran over, she couldn't do much but maybe she could prevent something from happening, when she got there she looked up as suddenly Lucy was hanging out of the window the girl in her arms. She let out a breath of relief before looking over at cap who had the same look on his face as she did

"It could use more marshmallows." Chris spoke shoving cereal in his mouth as Eddie sat at the table

"Couldn't we all, bud? Couldn't we all."

"morning " y/n smiled at them as she walked into the kitchen pulling a hoodie over her pj's

"morning " Eddie smiled as she leaned down and placed a kiss on his lips

Y/n went to the fridge and grabbed the milk out before she poured it into the bowl that had cereal in it already before putting it back and sitting down at the table. She looked over at Eddie who had just taken a bite out of his bagel, he had gotten cream cheese all over his mouth

"Dad?" Christopher looked at him with a smile

"What?" Eddie asked obviously knowing get had happened

"You got a little..." Y/n stated pointing to his face

"Hmm?" He asked before taking another bite getting it on his nose this time "What about now?"

Y/n brought her hand up to him and tried to take the cream cheese off his face but it was just smearing it

"You need a napkin." Chris said and as they all laughed Eddie got up and grabbed a napkin to wipe it off of him eddie turned and Chris spoke up "What's wrong with your leg?"

Eddie looked down to his leg and spotted a wound that had been bleeding, he reached down to the gunshot wound and touched it before bringing it up to his face to look at it the fresh blood in his sight. He took a step back before looking at his chest, exactly where he had gotten shot on call, there was a similar wound as blood seeped through his shirt.
