"Let me get this collar on and then we can assess the-" hen set her bags down next to the plane

"No, she is not the real emergency." One of the workers shook his head "Over here!"

"Hen, chim, need you guys over here now!" Bobby ordered, buck looking between the two people they were helping "Eddie, you, y/n and Buck deal with the flight attendant."

"Could be an ankle fracture." Eddie stated now holding the girls leg

"Can you wiggle your toes for me?" Y/n asked the girl taking off her shoe

"Is it just me, or does this guy look familiar?" Buck asked now looking at the man with the cork in his neck

"The guy that we pulled out of the jet engine." Bobby made the conclusion

"Oh Yeah." Buck nodded

"His job seems more dangerous than ours." Eddie looked up at the man before him and y/n went back to their own vic, buck just staring down at the man

"Man, come on, Darrell! You gotta pull through, man."

"Guess all that time playing "Operation"
as a kid is finally gonna payoff." Chim chuckled at himself

"You got this, okay? You gotta pull through, man." His coworker told him

"Sir, I need you to hang back so they can do their work." Bobby told him

"Look I know I give you a hard time" the man continued "cause you love this stupid job,but for real, it's inspiring. I wish I cared about anything as much as you love these bags."

"God!" The flight attendant groaned "It's all rainbows and unicorns on the ground. Try flying the unfriendly skies."

"You don't know Darrell, lady."

"Need to focus." Hen yelled at them, Eddie rose his brows at y/n making her chuckle

"Steady, Hen. Steady." Chim reminded

"All right, I got it. Go ahead."  Hen nodded

"All right. Sir, this might hurt." Chim stated  "On three. One, two, three." The cork was pulled out "Cheers." Y/n watched as buck helped Eddie bring the girl onto the gurney

"Ready to move!"

"I knew he'd pull through. Nothing stops Darrell." The co-worker shook his head as they followed the man getting loaded into anambulance "Not a jet engine,crazy white ladies. He will not quit." The man called him over  "What's that, buddy?"

"I quit."

"Me too." The flight attendant told him as she was wheeled past

"Guess everyone has their breaking point." Buck shook his head

"No, let me." Eddie denied y/n's offer

"You're almost there." Y/n encouraged, the plates from the dinner they had together discarded on the table "You're so close."

"Damn it." Eddie groaned looking down at the paper "Fourth grade math was so
much easier when I was-"

"In the fourth grade?" She chuckled at him rubbing his shoulders

"Why'd they change it?" He asked "I mean, isn't that the whole point of math?
That it doesn't change?"

"It didn't" she shook her head "they just changed the way they teach it. Two plus two still equals four."

"Does it?" He chuckled "I mean, can understand why Christopher's having
such a hard time with it."

"You know, my offer still stands." She shrugged "I'm more than happy to actually help you and Christopher with his math and I mean you know do more stuff together "
