Nogitsune had possessed Stiles Stilinski he started having bad dreams and waking up in a dark place. He started losing he's mind seeing things that wasn't there Stiles got possessed by a Nogitsune if you don't know what that means.
Explaining that the Nogitsune is trying to possessed Stiles he tricked him to let him inside he's body. To control him it started with the dreams waking up in different places then Stiles finally let him inside body. He started out in the hospital killing almost everyone.
