Nini's pov

Ricky and I were lying on the bed in my room, watching a movie. I don't really know what it was called because he picked it. I wasn't paying much attention, cause I was thinking about something else.

"Nini?" my thoughts were interrupted by my boyfriend's voice. "That was so funny why didn't you laugh?"

"Huh?"

"If you don't like it we can watch another movie." he told me kindly.

"No, no I'm sorry, I just.." I shook my head. "I have to think about something and I- I don't know what to do."

"Did something happen?" Ricky got scared. "What's going on?"

"No, nothing serious happens, I'm just thinking." I told him with a small smile.

"What's going on in that beautiful head of yours?" he asked when he sat next to me. Now we were both sitting on the bed facing each other looking into each other's eyes.

"Can I ask you for something?"

"Of course." he replied, not even thinking about it.

"Good, because I need to hear some advice."

"You want advice from me??" he was a little shocked by it, since usually he's asking me for advice, not the other way around.

"I'm not saying I'll take it." I said. "I just need to hear it."

"Okay, what's up?"

"Well... it's about Gina and EJ- "

"You already know what I think about it." he interrupted me.

I just looked at him quietly with 'are you serious?' look. "You wanted to know what I was thinking about but don't worry I will just talk to Kourtney about it."

"No! No, I'm sorry." he said quickly. "I want you to be able to talk to me about anything that bothers you." he told me and I couldn't help but smile.

"Are you sure?" I raised my eyebrows. He just nodded and so I continued. "Well, I was wondering if I should... forgive them...?" I said, and I immediately saw on Ricky's reaction that he didn't think it was a good idea.

"Why- why would you do that??" he asked , not understanding.

"Because I think they're really sorry and whether I like it or not both have an important role in my life but it doesn't seem fair to m-"

"It's not fair." he interrupted me again. "They embarrassed you, they betrayed you. And you want to forgive them?" I didn't answer his question because I didn't even know how to answer it. "It just doesn't make sense."

"I just miss the old days." I sighed. "When we were all fine. No one was angry with anyone and we were one big happy group of friends."

"Old days when you and EJ were together?" Ricky asked me angrily.

"I didn't say that." I rolled my eyes. "And I didn't even mean it that way, and you know it."

"You're right, sorry. Sometimes I'm just jealous."

"Just sometimes?" I asked playfully with a smile. He smiled too, and I knew it wasn't the right time to start talking about what I had said but I did it anyway. "I told Gina and EJ they should be together, if that makes them happy." I said suddenly and as soon as he heard it, the smile on his face disappeared, he was shocked because he didn't expect me to say that.

"Really?" he asked me slowly. "You did?"

I nodded. "Yeah. You know.. I don't want to be the reason why they won't be happy. I am happy and I will not be selfish, I want them to feel as good as I feel when I am with you."

Ricky looked at me and said nothing. He didn't say a word just looked me straight in the eyes with a huge smile on his face. "I can't believe I'm so lucky to have a perfect girlfriend like you."

"I'm far from perfect." I interrupted him with a laugh.

"No, I mean it." he told me. "You are so kind and such a good person and you have a big heart. Even after everything the two of them did to you, you still wish them the best... I admire you."

I couldn't stop smiling. "Well if they never did those terrible things I would probably still be EJ's girlfriend, I wouldn't be here with you now I wouldn't be able to kiss you and I wouldn't call you my boyfriend."

"First, I want that kiss." he said and I laughed but then I made his wish come true. "Second, you're not calling me your boyfriend. At least not when someone is around." he said disappointedly.

"Soon, I promise." I told him with a small kiss on his cheek.
