Beau gently threw a small pebble at Angela's window, he could hear the girl shuffle over to the window before it slid open, Angela motioning for him to come up, which he did. "Where were you today?" Angela asked, referring to how Beau and his family weren't at school.

"I- uh, my family is leaving," Beau said, Angela nodded, her heart sinking. Beau could hear the way her heart picked up speed, guilt eating at every part of him.

"Are you staying here?" Angela questioned, her tone hopeful, although she already knew the answer.

Beau shook his head no, Angela's mood deflating. "No. Edward thinks that it would be better if we all just left and didn't come back until you and Bella were long gone. I argued with him, but the family took a vote and Rose, Emmett, and I were the only ones who didn't want to leave. Jasper was too ashamed of himself to stay, and obviously Alice wanted to go with her mate. And Carlisle and Esme thought it was best, like Edward." Angela walked towards him, her arms wrapping around his torso as she tried not to cry. Beau's arms wrapped around Angela tightly, if he could cry he probably would be. "I'm sorry," Beau said, rubbing circles on her lower back with his thumb. Angela held him tighter, a small sob racking her body.

"I love you." She said, Beau hardly being able to understand her as she cried. His hand moved to the back of her head, fingers tangling in her hair.

"I love you. More than anything." Beau told her, resting his chin on her head. "I'm sorry, Angie."

The two just stood like that for a while, holding each other tightly, before a car horn sounded from outside, it was Rosalie's car, meaning Beau had to leave. He and Angela slowly pulled apart, her face red from the tears and his eyes glazed over with venom. Beau looked hesitant to leave, but Angela nodded, signaling that it was okay. "I'm sorry." He said again, Beau jumped out of the window, landing on his feet, glancing back at Angela's window as he got into Rosalie's car.

Rosalie gave him a sympathetic smile as nothing but dry sobs left Beau's mouth, irritating him even further.

"I don't know why you want to sit through all those zombies-eating people and no hot guys kissing anybody. It's gross, like...why are there that many zombie movies anyway? If it's supposed to, like, draw a parallel about leprosy, my cousin had leprosy. It's not funny, you know. And, like, is it supposed to be a metaphor for consumerism, cause don't be so pleased with your own, like, self-reverential cleverness, you know." Jessica rambled as she, Angela, and Bella walked out of the movie theater.

It had been a few months since the Cullen's had left and Angela was devastated, but she needed to get her life back together, that's what Beau wanted her to do, move on. She hadn't heard from him since a week after he had left.

Angela stared at her phone screen as Beau's name flashed across it. She had been attempting to do her homework, but her mind kept wondering. Her eyes drifted to the picture that sat on her nightstand, leaned against her lamp. The way he looked at her.

The phone stopped ringing for a moment, Angela frowning as she stared at it, willing it to ring again.

"Like, some girls like to shop. Not all girls, apparently. Though, Bella, I was surprised you even called at all, you know? Like, your depression thing, I get it. I'm totally, totally worried. But after a while, it's like, you're still bumming? And I'm going through stuff too. You know?" Angela looked at her in disbelief.

"Jess, that's insensitive," Angela told her, Jessica nodding her head, not being able to say anything to her as she turned to Bella who was walking towards grown men with motorcycles. "Bella, where are you going?!" Angela called out, going ignored as she continued to walk towards them. Angela and Jessica stood side by side, watching as she got on the back of one of the guys' motorcycles the guy taking off, neither girl being able to see their friend any longer.

After a few moments her phone began vibrating again. Angela looked at the name, Beau. She answered, quickly bringing the phone up to her ear.

"Angie?" Beau asked softly, his voice was horse, like he had been crying. But he couldn't cry, it was something else.

"Beau?" Angela questioned, her voice cracking slightly. This didn't sound like her Beau. This one sounded void and emotionless.

"I'm just calling to let you know that I'm somewhere safe, away from my family." Beau told her.

Angela nodded and he could hear the slight noise it made. "Are you ok?" She questioned, biting her lip in an attempt to hold in her cries. She had done enough crying.

"No." Beau answered honestly. "I needed to hear your voice." Beau paused, there was something he wasn't wanting to say. "My phone is getting disconnected in a few hours. You won't be hearing from me again."

Angela couldn't help but think of the time guys had surrounded her and Bella and Beau had saved her, the same night she asked him to prom.

"Beau, come on, get out of bed, we don't even sleep and you haven't hunted since we left forks," Rosalie told him, attempting to pull him out of the bed that he had stayed in for months, not moving a muscle and staring at the wall. She huffed as he didn't budge, plopping down beside him and wrapping her arms around him like a mother would a child or a sister would a brother. "You're going to go mad with hunger."

"Come on, please. I'm worried about you." Rosalie tried again, brushing some of the hair out of his face with her hand. Rose had found him, and forced him to let her and Emmett stay.

"Go away, Rose." He mumbled, his voice monotone and raspy. Rosalie huffed in defeat, standing up and leaving the room. Beau's thoughts plagued by Angela.
