I Wish~~ Chapter 11

-Ems POV-

Niall was the best boyfriend I've ever had, considering he was only my 4th boyfriednd.... I think to myself as I float back up for air, after our underwater kiss, it was so... so... so... it was indescribable. Niall was the perfect guy for me, and I hope that if we do ever break up, it won't ruin our friendship.

"Ni, you are incredible" I tell him before I swim over to the steps to get out and dive back in.

"Thanks Ems, but really your the incredible one." he says following me out of the pool. He takes my hand and spins me around, he looks me deep in the eyes, and pulls me off the diving board, and pulls me close to him. Were about a half an inch apart. He's still looking at me deep in the eyes,

"I love you Emily Catherine Manning" you can't believe he just said that, you blush and look deep into his eyes and

"I love you too Niall James Horan." you find yourself smiling. It was the first time either of you had said those words to eachother and you could feel it meant something to him, just like it meant something to you.

-Niall's POV-

I had to tell Ems I loved her, it seemed like the perfect time, it was just the two of us, we just had a kind of romantic kiss, it definitely was the perfect time to tell her. I was so nervous, so I just grabbed her, before I let her go again, and just said it. And she said it back, it was such a relief I was so scared she wouldn't say it back. I'm so glad she did. I gave her a quick peck on the forehead before I let her jump back into the pool.

"c'mon Ni" Ems called from the pool as she resurfaced.

"I'm coming I called back as I stepped onto the diving board.

"I don't want to jump on top of you Ems" I said as I saw her start to swim out if the way.

"don't worry I'm working on it." she said back. I couldn't dive, so I just did a canon ball flip twist thing.

"your such a goof" I hear someone call from the side of the pool. I look up, and Ems is sitting on a lounge chair, with her sunglasses on.

"when did you get there?" I asked her

"like two seconds ago, why?" she asked me

"well right before I jumped in you were still in the water.." I said skeptically.

"you were under for about 45 seconds+the jump time, that's almost a minute" she called back to me as I got out to join her. "so where are we going tonight?" she asked.

"I can't tell you, it would ruin it." I had to make sure she wouldn't know, she couldn't know.

"well I need to know what to wear." she said reprimanding me, like I did something wrong.

"wear something nice, but not too nice, like casual nice." I wasn't totally sure how she would dress, I didn't want to tell her to wear something warm either, I didn't want to hint her in. I'll just make sure I remember to wear a jacket.

-Emily's POV-

Niall wouldn't let me know where we were going. I guess he was enjoying his moment to keep me waiting... It was almost noon. I was getting hungry, I'm surprised Niall hasn't said anything. I thought before I feel two strong arms pick me up, one under my legs and the other under my back. Niall picked me up, and was walking me towards the pool, oh no.

"wait Ni, at least take off my sunglasses before you drop me in the pool." I said hoping he would have to set me down to take them off.

"okay hand them over." he demanded damn he was to good.

"no you have to get them." I protested

"if you don't want them to get wet, you have to take them off." he was too good, I looked at him with big puppy eyes,

"pwease Niawl?" I asked him seeing what his response would be,

"no way." he rejected my cute little puppy eyes.

"okay, fine I give up" I said while pulling my sunglasses off my head and putting them on his.

"how do I look?" he asked as I turned my head to face him, and as soon as I was looking away from the pool he let me go, and I fell into the pool. I came back up, and scolded him

"Niall you don't get any lunch." I looked at him sternly.

"what time is it?" he asked

"it's almost noon" i responded.

"no wonder I'm getting hungry..." he trailed off.

"well that's just to bad, cause you don't get any lunch... Remember?" I told him again.

"Ems!!" he protested.

"no Niall. I told you your not allowed, and I'm sticking to what i said." he looked pretty sad.

"fine then you dont get dinner tonight." he said, with a straight face. Of course he would hold THAT against me.

"fine..." I had to give up.
