You take a deep breath as you step off the boat onto foreign shores. It was a long ride, but you finally made it to Inazuma, the land of eternity.
You grew up in Mondstat, surrounded by freedom and peaceful days. With a big family and a free spirit, you had a happy childhood. Once you were old enough, you decided to become a traveling photographer so you could visit every corner of Teyvat and immortalize it's beautiful sights. You started small in Mondstat, taking pictures of flowers and birds.
One day, you went out by yourself on a small boat to take pictures of the colorful fish. Suddenly, you became swept up in an unforeseen lightning storm. Despite your best efforts, your boat flew into the air, sending you hurling towards the stormy sky. You squeezed your eyes shut, but when you opened them, you found yourself surrounded by a small bubble of air. The next thing you knew, you woke up on the beach you had sailed from, holding a shiny blue hydro vision clutched in your hand.
After that, you left your Mondstat family and traveled throughout Liyue, meeting many people and finding even more beautiful sights. You even met a strange traveler and their flying pet, which made for some hilarious pictures. Then, you became very close friends with a chef named Xiangling, who taught you how to use a spear to protect yourself on your travels. Finally, after witnessing the "death" of Liyue's Archon, you decided it was time to move on to new scenery.
For some odd reason, there wasn't many ships leaving for Inazuma, but Xiangling recommended you catch a ride with a well known captain named Beidou.. On the journey there, you and Beidou really hit it off, and she told you all about her travels and triumphs. She also mentioned some of Inazuma's residents, like a girl who shot fireworks from her bow.
Finally, here you are, on the shores of Inazuma. Who knows what awaits you? Adventure? Peril? Maybe... love?
