"Five minutes" said professor Flitwick
James stood and gave Sirius a thumbs up.
Sirius smiled whilst swinging on his chair. A few seats away sat Remus, rather pale as the fullmoon was the next night.
Peter looked anxious.
"Quills down please" said professor Flitwick as he collected all the parchment.
The Marauders left the examination room
"Did ya like question 10 moons" Sirius asked kissing Remus on the cheek
"Loved it, give 5 signs to identify the werewolf , bloody brilliant question" Remus replied
"Did ya get them all" said James in a mock-concerned voice
"Hope so, 1 he's sitting on my chair, 2 he's wearing my clothes, 3 his name's Remus Lupin"
Everyone but Peter laughed
The Marauders headed to the lake

The Marauders sat under the tree, Remus reading, James messing about with his stolen snitch Sirius looked bored and Peter excited every time James caught the snitch.
Then, who should walk past but Snivellous,
"Stopped to stealing have we Potter, Finally used up all your boyfriend Sirius' inheritance" he called
both James and Remus drew their wands
Remus shouted
"Leave my friends alone"
And James hit Snivellous with levricoptus
"You wait, Potter, You wait" cried Snivellous, dangling upside-down.
"Wait for what, you to wipe your greasy nose on us?" Asked Sirius
Snivellous shouted
swear words and jinxes, but his wand lay on the ground
"Wash your mouth out" said Remus
"Scourify" said James and soap bubbles appeared in Snivellous' mouth
The a red haired girl shouted
"Leave him alone"
"All right Evans?" Asked James in a much more mature voice
"Leave him alone, what did he ever do to you" Lily screamed
"Well..h he" James stuttered
"You think you're funny Potter, but you're just an arrogant, bullying, toe rag, Leave him alone" she shouted at the top of her lungs
"If you go out with me" said James
"I wouldn't date you if I had to choose between you and the Giant Squid" scream Lily
Behind her Snivellous fell to the ground, he grabbed his wand and hit James with a jinx that obviously cut his side, as blood spattered his shirt
"Pertrificus Totalus" James shouted
"Leave him alone" shouted Lily
James let him go but then Levricoptsed him again, his robes flipped up to reveal greying underpants.
"Let him down" shouted Lily, her green eyes giving James a piercing stare
"Fine" said James and he let Snivellous down
"You're lucky Evans was here" he said warningly to Snivellous
"I don't need help I from filthy little Mudbloods like her" Snivellous cried indignantly
"Fine I won't bother in future, and you should wash your pants Snivellous" Shouted Lily, clearly hurt
"Apologise to Evans" shouted James, outraged
"Don't start Potter, I don't want you telling him to apologise to me, especially when you started all this" Lily said and she walked off.
