"Sirius Orion Lupin, who is this" asked Remus, looking at the small one year old girl in front of him.
"She doesn't have a name or a family Moony, she's a werewolf cub" Sirius explained.
"But why is she here" asked Remus, already knowing the answer
"Well you said that we couldn't adopt a kid cause you're dangerous but she's a werewolf cub, so it eliminates the danger" Sirius explained
"You might've told me before you just adopted her" Remus said, trying to frown, but the girl's hair turned purple, revealing that she was a metamorphagus.
"Fine, we can keep her" Remus chuckled, swinging her up onto his shoulders
"What should we name her" he asked
"Well she's a metamorphagus and a werewolf, so I was thinking Asteria, it's the girl version of Aster, Amethyst's old name" Sirius explained
"Cute, how old is she" asked Remus
"She was born a few months before Harry, so almost one" Sirius explained
"So she'll be in Harry's year at Hogwarts" said Remus
"Yeah, I thought about this y'know" said Sirius
"Sirius, the last time you thought about something this much was when you thought about blowing up the potions room" said Remus
"No, It was when I thought about asking you to marry me, Moony"
"Aww, Padfoot" said Remus and kissed him on the cheek
"So what's she gonna call us" Asked Remus
"Moony and Paddy, like Mummy and Daddy" said Sirius, getting a bit over excited and knocking over a table whilst skipping around the room.
"Paddy stop" said the small girl
"Yeah Paddy" laughed Remus

"Mooooony, Paddy taked book" called Asteria across their tiny house
"Assteeeeeriia, tell him he's a naughty boy" Remus called back
"Nort boy Paddy" said the girl
"Mooooooooooony, Asteria snatched the book back" shouted Sirius across the living room
"Oh for crying out loud, stop arguing, who wants a bedtime story" asked Remus
"Meeee" SA Asteria and Sirius in the same excited tone
Remus laughed, they did this every night.

"I wish we could see Fawn and Prongs" said Sirius, not long after the story was read,
"You can can't you" asked Remus
Sirius hesitated, he didn't want to tell Remus a lie, but he didn't want him to know that Wormtail was the new secret keeper.
"Yeah, but it's not the same" he finally said
"Prongs is getting bored isn't he" said Remus
"Yep, bloody bored, hey, let's use the mirror too call him up, have a chat, see how Harry's going"
"Great idea, I'll get Asteria, she misses her best friend too" said Remus
