Steve was currently meditating. All this traveling was taxing and now he was recollecting his energy, more specifically, his spiritual energy or as it was more commonly known Aura.
'I really really want to go back to May. This was awesome eight months ago, but now... it's pure torture. I really want to go back to Calem and May. Please... this is torture... I- no, I can't think like this. What can I do?' he thought as he tried to focus on meditation.

Ash was sitting with the green crystal in his hand, as he stared at them.
"Hmm... Let's start with Palkia..." he muttered as he broke the crystal. The next moment, he was surrounded by purple energy as it then went inside one of his Pokeball.
"WHAT! WHAT HAPPENED!" yelled Ash exasperated as he released Greninja, whose Pokeball it was.
"Greninja, do you feel any different?" asked Ash as his pokemon looked at him in confusion.
"When I broke the Aura crystal Palkia gave me, and then a purple energy went inside your Pokeball," said Ash.
Greninja looked at Ash skeptically as he tried to focus and find any anomaly. The next moment, his right hand glowed as Greninja felt a large influx of energy and jumped up with wide eyes.
He shook his hand frantically trying to get rid of the energy as he fired the energy towards the forest in the form of a crescent. Now, it seemed a normal attack, until it disappeared with leaving a trail of destruction.
"WHAT THE HELL! THAT WAS A SPATIAL REND! THAT'S PALKIA'S MOVE!" yelled Ash. Now Pikachu had Zekrom's special move Bolt Strike, but that was due to the events in Unova. This was totally unreal for him.
