"Ash. ASH," came to a voice.

"Calem!" said Ash.

The school was over and they all were returning to their dorms.

"hi," said Serena.

"Hi," said Calem, panting.

"Why are you so tired?" asked Serena

"Well, Steve's getting under my skin," said Calem.

"YOU KNOW HIM!" exclaimed Dawn, May, and Goh.

"Ignore them. So why?" asked Serena.

"Well, he is asking me to take over the operations as he wants to go on a vacation," said Calem.

"Are you sure it's really a vacation and not some undercover work?" asked Ash with a raised eyebrow.

"Don't know. But anyway, it's too much work. Plus he is in his own league, I will never be able to replace him," said Calem.

"No one asked you to replace him. Just take his place for a while. He deserves a vacation after all that he did," said Ash.

"Hey! He got some really big shoes to fill. I am just a kid," said Calem.

"So is he," said Ash.

"Arg! Nooooooo," said Calem.

"Aw! Baby Calem is troubled?" asked Serena mockingly.

"Hey! I am not a baby!" said Calem, offended.

"Then stop acting like one," said Serena.

"Man!" said Calem.

"Wait! I got an idea," said Calem.

"What?" asked Serena.

"I am gonna blackmail him," said Calem with a wicked grin.

"WTF Calem!" said Serena.

"Yep," said Calem.

"What exactly are you gonna blackmail him about?" asked Ash.

"His crush/love," said Calem.

"Who is she?" asked Serena.

"Well, if I tell you it won't be a secret," said Calem.

"Tell us, please. No one will tell him that you told us," said Ash.

"Well... uh... um," stuttered Calem.

"Please?" asked Goh.

"OKAY! ITS MAY," said Calem.

"Me?" asked May.

"Yeah. He really liked you since he was, I don't know, nine?" said Calem.

"He had a crush on her in that world too," said Calem as he turned to Ash and Serena.

"May, now what do you say?" asked Goh smirking.

"I don't know. I want to spend some time with him," said May. She was blushing really hard.

"Aw. Someone's lovesick" teased Dawn.

"Do you know why he has a crush on you?" asked Calem.

"Uh... yeah?" said May.

"Well, when he saw Ash's chronicles through Hoenn and Kanto battle frontiers, he really fell for you. He always says that he was attracted to your carefree, energetic, and cheerful nature. He says no one will ever get bored when that person is with you," said Calem.

May frowned at this.

"Hey May, what happened? I thought you would be happy with this," said Dawn.
