Nini was still curled into a ball on Ricky's couch as tears continued flooding out of her eyes.

"Shh...hey it's okay. Let's go to bed.", Ricky whispers.

He helps her up and the two walk into Ricky's bedroom. As Ricky's taking a seat on the bed, he sees Nini standing in the doorway.

"You coming?', he asks.

She hesitantly nods, walking towards the bed as she gently sits down.

"Do you need anything? Water? Snacks?", he asks her.

"Do you have anything sweet? Like candy?", she quietly talks.

"Sure, you know I always keep a stash of your favorites in my pantry. Which do you want?"

"Sour patch kids? And a bottled water?", she replies.

"I'll be right back, okay. I'm just going into the kitchen, don't do anything.", Ricky firmly says, making Nini chuckle a little.

He quickly rushes into the kitchen, opening his pantry and rummaging through a bucket, finding a packet of Sour Patch Kids. Then, opening the fridge and grabbing a bottled water. He walks back into the room to see her seated on the bed, her legs propped up on the bed and under the blanket now.

"Here you go.", Ricky smiles, handing the things to her.

"Thanks.", she quietly replies.

Ricky walks around the bed, taking a seat on the other side, looking over to see her enjoying the candy.

"Thanks Ricky.", she speaks out of nowhere.

"Sorry, what for?", he asks, totally oblivious.

"Stopping me.", she lightly frowns.

"You know I'd do that any day.", he replies.

She smiles at the boy as she continues eating her Sour Patch Kids. A couple minutes later, Ricky looks over to see the girl asleep, holding onto the bag of candy. He chuckles to himself before gently removing the package from her grip and pulling the blanket over her. He sets the candy bag down on the side table before laying down, staring at the ceiling. He felt wide awake. He refused to close his eyes and sleep in case Nini wakes back up. He constantly looked over to see her still asleep, but he still couldn't go to bed.

Soon enough he looks over at his clock and it's 5am. He decides to just get up, so he quietly rolls out of the bed and stumbles into the kitchen. He makes himself a strong coffee to maybe give him some energy. And after that was done brewing, he takes a seat on the couch, turning on the TV.

It was now around 9am when the brunette-haired girl wakes up, stretching her arms out as she glances at the clock. She grabs ahold of her phone, squinting her eyes as they adjust to the bright light. As Nini scans over the many notifications she's received, her eyes widen.

"No no no no no.", she mumbles, jumping out of bed.

She quickly darts out of the bedroom door, causing a sleeping curly haired boy to wake up.

"Nini?! What's going on?", he asks, rushing over to her.

She runs her hands through her hair, "J-Jenn. She- I- she called me over 25 times and she's- she's gonna- she's gonna be so mad I didn't answer and I-"

"Hey, calm down.", Ricky says, looking into her eyes.

"I can't. I need um I need my- my...oh- I- I'm so stupid I- I'm not in my apartment.", she says, face palming.
