Her head was heavy, she's not feeling all too well and she starts to wounder why she is even feeling like this. Then the memories return, how Maria tells her Thor is there, how she had decided now was probably as best of any time to leave her room. Only to be meet with a Thor that tries to attack her out of nowhere. How her powers were running amok, and she had decided to use the ICER gun to take herself out.

Letting out a small sound, she moves her right hand to place it on her head. She needs to find another way to deal with her powers if they go this far out again, because there is no way she will shoot herself with that gun again. Deep down she knows however that if she is placed in a situation like this, she will do the same thing once more.

As she takes a few deep breaths, she tries to force herself to relax, to release some of the tension that has ben build up in her body. As she slowly relaxes, her other senses are starting to work once more and the first thing she realises is that she can hear voices around her. Two too be exact. She's not fully sure who the voice belongs to, but she knows it's a male and a female speaking.

Worry and fear hits her once more, what if the male voice belongs to Thor, oh she's not safe, not even here. Feeling how she starts to work herself up once more, she tries with all her might to open her eyes, just to try and confirm her thoughts before she losses control completely. As she feels a hand on her shoulder, she turns her head to the side at the same time as she tries to move away from said hand.

As she opens her eyes, she finds that she needs to blink a few times before she can focus on the face in front of her. After a few tries, her eyes finally register Maria, a Maria whose eyes are field with worry. Seeing the former S.H.I.E.L.D agent makes Skye calm down slightly, after all, this woman has been by her side since she and Natasha picked her up and even now when Thor tried to protect her. But there was still a second voice that had been talking and Skye can't seem to feel relax or safe in the moment.

Turning her head around, she feels all her worry just drain away as her eyes lands on a worry looking Leo. To see her brother sitting on her bed, ready to throw himself around her shoulders at any sight of tears, Skye starts to feel safe once more. That's when another thought comes crashing down on her, why is Leo here. She had left Leo at the base, or rather, he had sent her away from the base to give her the best opportunity to stay safe. So why is he sitting on her bed right now.

Opening her mouth to ask her brother this question, she realises that she can't. No sound is coming out of her, and she can't form any words, feeling panic rise in her once more, she opens and closes her mouth multiple times. This day is far worse than the day she was shoot, or any of the days that followed when Simmons had her on bedrest.

"Skye, look at me, deep breath alright. It's alright, nothing or no one is going to hurt you. I do however need you to calm down, the ICER bullet is still showing effects on you, you need to calm down and let it has it's time."

She can hear Leo say, it sounds however like he is in another room as he speaks. It freaks her out for a few seconds, before she starts to concentrate on just listening to Leo's voice. As she takes a few deep breaths, following the routine May had shown her a long time ago, or at least it feels like a long time ago now, she starts to calm down once more and before she knows it, darkness takes over once more.

The second time she wakes up, she fells a lot better. She still feels drain, but it's nothing compered to what she had gone through the other time around. Slowly opening her eyes, doing this because she has no idea of what time it is or how bright it is around her. When she's not meet with any bright lights, Skye starts to look around herself. Someone has turned on one of the lights in the other end of the room, the light has been dimmed so it wouldn't annoy her, and she is very grateful for this. In the corner of her eyes, she can see a shadow sitting, and as she turns her head completely to the side, her eyes lands on a sleeping Leo.

Her brother hasn't moved from the spot she had seen him in earlier, this time around it looks like he is asleep, however. Looking at him, Skye feels a bit torn about what to do next. She kind of want to let him sleep, but on the other hand, he is still sitting on her bed, and it doesn't look like it is comfortable, and besides that, she really wants some answers on what has been going on and why he is here. The second part won, and she carefully kicks Leo, making him fall over to the side.

The sudden kick and fall made the work and Leo is sitting up within seconds once more, head turning around to see who would have kicked him. When his eyes lands on her, she can see how they grow soft, and a small smile starts to grow. Without a word, Leo moves up, so he is beside her, pulling Skye into a hug. Feeling the warmth coming from Leo and the fact that she is being hugged by him, Skye lets out a deep sigh. She had really missed his hugs.

"Are you feeling better now?"

Leo asks, he is keeping a low voice as he speaks, and Skye nods her head slightly.

"Leo, what are you doing here?"

She managed to get out, her own voice is weak, she can however understand why it's weak. The stress she had put her own body through this day would make anyone weak.

"Natasha called a few hours ago, she told me that I had to come here, that you shoot yourself with an ICER and that Thor was the main problem."

Leo starts to explain, and Skye can feel how she freezes up at the sound of the God of thunders name. When Maria woke her up this morning, she had been so happy to learn that she would get the chance to meet the Thor eye to eye. That meeting had however turned sour quite quickly and she still don't know fully what happened down there.

"Skye, just keep breathing. Remember what the lessons May gave you."

Leo whispers, she hadn't even realised she was working herself up once more. Closing her eyes, she does what Leo tells her to do and in a few seconds her breathing is back to normal once more.

"I got some important news for you, but I don't think now is the right time to tell you them. What I should tell you is that you are safe within the walls of the tower. The Avengers will do anything to keep you safe, and that means them fighting one another to keep you safe, and they have already done that once today."

Leo continues to speak, and Skye can't help but to start wondering what have been going down when she was knocked out. It does sound like the Avengers have everything under control, even if she doesn't like the sound of them fighting one another to keep her safe. They are the Avengers, they shouldn't be fighting among themselves, especially not over someone like her.

"Leo..."

She starts to say, she doesn't want to be here if they are going to keep fighting one another. This isn't right and she should just leave, she should just take up residence in an old forest, as far away from everyone else so no one can get hurt.

"No, Skye you are staying at the tower. If you try to run away, they will hunt you down and get you back home once more. Now, listen, all you need to know for to night is that I will be staying here for a week, and we are going to make sure to figure out more about what is going one with you. And at the same time, we will make sure to find a way to help you control your powers, and a safe way too. Because I do not like those bruises on your arms."

Hearing what Leo tells her, Skye opens her eyes and carefully lifts her right arm. Seeing the bruises that now covers her arms, she can't help but to feel even more worried. She has no memory about getting these bruises and if she got them during one of her black outs then she worries who she hurt in the progress. Turning her head to the side at the same time as she closes her eyes, there are so many things she wants to know about, but at the same time, she can't decide.

"I can see that you are still tired, so I suggest you go to sleep. We have a long and complicated day in front of us. And I will be staying here for a week."

Leo says, after that a silence falls over then. Skye can't help but to look at Fitz first before turning her attention towards the night sky outside of her window. How one day can go from amazing to down right, to something like this in one meeting is beyond her and she guess she could do with some more sleep, maybe she would be able to get some proper response the next day.
