They are in a lot of trouble in this moment. Granted, they are always in trouble, it comes with the job after all. But what they are up against now is by far the worst they will face recently. And considering what they have been up against recently, it says a lot.

Phil believes they will be able to handle this new problem easily, she on the other hand isn't as sure. And the reason why she's not sure about this is mainly because of two factors. Number one, being the mostly simple one, they are two good agents down.

Number two, is of course the people they are up against. The powered people that he been brought together are some of the worst, there's a very good reason why S.H.I.E.L.D made sure to keep a close eye on these individuals for a reason. And then there is the person that brought them all together, Skye's crazy father and him alone is a danger to anyone.

Melinda has gone through every single tactic and every single outcome, and each one is worst than the one before. There is only one outcome that will lead them to victory, but to reach that goal is a road Melinda isn't all to sure she wants to take.

She had after all told herself that they would talk to her when they felt ready, or if they ended up in trouble, they wouldn't be able to get themselves out of. But she couldn't find another way out of this. And as she walks down the corridor of the base, she let her eyes scan every room the passes, in search of the only person that will be able to make the call this time around.

As she reaches the lab, her eyes lands on her target and Simmons and she should have known the two of them would be in there, working on any last-minute preparations to their weapons and gadgets.

"Leo!"

Melinda calls out and she can see how the engineer freezes up at the sound of his first name leaving her lips. After all, the only other times Melinda has been using his first name is when they spend time with Skye, Pepper, Maria and the Avengers after all. And if the young agent hasn't figured out that Melinda knows what is going on before this, he will know it now.

Seeing how Fitz slowly turns to look at her, a mix of fear and worry in his eyes, Melinda forces herself not to roll her eyes. At least the kid knows he has done something stupid at least.

"A word, alone."

She adds, nodding her head to the hallway and seeing how Fitz let's his head fall forwards, he does however follow her. She can hear Simmons ask what is going on, but she ignores her for now, leading Fitz to her room. Reaching it, she pushes the door open and nods her head to signal that he should enter. Which Fitz do without question it, she steps in after him and closes the door.

"Time for you to call her back."

She tells him and she can see the complete surprise in Fitz eyes at this.

"I think you should have figured out by now that I know what you have done Leo, and quite frankly, I would have done the same. I decided I would wait until the two of you were ready to tell me."

She starts to say, narrowing her arms slightly at this point and the way Fitz lowers his head, she is quite sure they are thinking about the same thing.

"But, considering what we are about to be up against, we are going to need all the help we can get."

Melinda then continues and she can see how Fitz is going through everything she has said. With a deep breath, Fitz takes out his phone, seeing how he looks through the contact list, he finds Skye's number. Before he makes the call, he looks up at her once more.

"Well, you will stay because she won't believe me otherwise."

He adds before making the call, putting it on speaker. They didn't have to wait for long before Skye answer.

"Leo!"

"Skye!"

Hearing Skye's voice again made Melinda realise just how much she misses her rookie once more.

"So, how's your training going?"

Leo asks and Melinda looks at him, a bit out of surprise at this point. This isn't the time to ask questions like this and all Melinda can think is that Fitz are stalling for time.

"It's going somewhat forwards."

Is the reply they get from Skye, only they can hear a dry laugh in the background.

"Somewhat forwards? You managed to knock Natasha down today."

Maria speaks from somewhere in the background of Skye's call. Hearing what the former Deputy Director saying, Melinda can't help but to feel proud over her rookie. She should know that Natasha would suggest that she will help on the training and the fact that Skye have managed to do something very few people have managed to do in such a short time is very impressive.

"That happened out of pure luck."

Skye comments and Melinda can hear how she is rolling her eyes.

"There is no pure luck when it comes to fighting against Natasha."

She says, feeling this would be the best time to let the two know she's in the room too.

"May?"

The complete surprise in Skye's voice as she says her last name.

"Yeah, we were right. May figured it all out on her own."

Fitz jumps in to explain before anyone else have a chance to say anything.

"I got to say, I'm surprised you didn't call earlier."

Maria must have moved closer to Skye; her voice was clearer now.

"I made the decision to let Skye and Leo tell me when they felt that day are ready. But we are in a situation where we need your help Skye and you can take the Avengers with you, if I'm quite honest, I rather you take them with you. We are going to need all the help we can get."

Melinda starts to explain.

"What is going on?"

Skye asks and she can hear the worry in her rookies and kid's voice.

"Your father has gathered some of the worst people on the index, he still thinks you are with us, and Phil thinks we will be able to take them all down."

"Which people has he picked?"

Maria asked and Melinda can hear fear in her voice, out of the people in this call right now, except for herself Maria knows fully well what type of people are in the list and since Melinda said they are the worst.

"Wendell Levi, Francis Noche, Karla Faye Gideon and David Angar."

Melinda lists the people they have managed to find out. A silent fall over the room and the call at this. Melinda can almost imagine how Maria and Skye looks at one another, trying to come up with what to do.

"Send the location on where it will be going down, we will see you all there."

Skye says before the line goes down. Looking at Leo, she can see that he is worried, but there is still a hint of excitement in his eyes. Realizing the excitement is mostly because he will see Skye again, she shakes her head.

"We should head for the rest of the team, by now they should be ready to leave."

She tells him and Fitz nods his head. As he is about to leave, Melinda places a hand on his shoulder to stop him. At the sudden action, Flit turns his head and look at her out of surprise.

"I'm proud over you Leo."
