The room is in complete silence as Skye tries to figure out where to even begin. It's not an easy conversation they are about to have with Coulson and there's a lot to cover. At least she doesn't need to put as so much energy on the part about her now having powers, thanks to Simmons that is. Even if that conversation could have gone down a lot smoother than it did. Not that she had to say much, Leo had taken care of the whole thing, granted it was with anger in his voice but still.

Feeling how Coulson is looking at her, Skye takes a few deep breaths to steel herself and just force herself to speak. Opening her mouth only ends with her closing it again when no sound is coming out of her. Putting her head in her hands, she tries not to work herself up too much

"Do you want me to go and get your laptop? Maybe that will be of help for you?"

Leo asks, looking up from her hands, she can see the worry in her brothers' eyes, and she nods her head slightly. Seeing how Leo nods his own head, he heads for the door and is gone within the next second. Feeling how May's hand finds it's way back to her shoulder once more, she relaxes once more. Instead of hiding in her hands again, she starts to paly with one of her gloves. When they had returned to the plane, they arrived in, Skye had taken off the gauntlets Tony gave her earlier.

She loved them and they do work a lot better than the simple gloved once she has on now, but the gauntlets are too bulky to be wearing in situations like this and they do stick out more, and since she isn't going to use her powers now, the gloves work just wonders if her emotions decide to run away from her.

"Leo and Stark's work?"

She can hear May asks and Skye nods her head, already knowing that May is asking about the gloves.

"A few days into my training they realise that my powers hurt me just as much as I can destroy things. So, until I'm fully in control, these gloves make sure I at least don't break any bones in my arms every time I try to control it. They also help speed up the healing process if I were to break any bones."

She starts to explain, holding up her hands so that May and Coulson can see them better. For some reason, this is a conversation that falls so much easier.

"They aren't the once you were wearing when you saved us earlier are they?"

Coulson asks and Skye shakes her head.

"No, after trying a few new versions out, Tony ends up making the gauntlets, they are too bulky to be having on all day, but they are perfect for when I'm in battle. As you could see, it helps me control my powers a bit more. There is still a lot of things I have to learn and figure out, but I'm getting there, along with some other trainings that the Avengers thought I need."

She continues to explain, and she can see how Coulson nods his head at this.

"Like how to take down one Natasha Romanoff."

May adds and Skye rolls her eyes, surprise takes over Coulson's eyes at this information and Skye can almost see a hint of pride in the mix to. She knows very well that May is proud over her for doing it, but she had not expected to see it from Coulson. Giving the idea a second thought however, she realises she should have seen it coming too.

"I'm back, and I have someone with me who can help shed some light on this whole thing."

Leo speaks up as he enters the room once more, Skye feeling both relief and worry about his return. Relief that she doesn't have to talk more about how she managed to knock down Natasha and worry about who he is bringing with him.

"Who?"

She asks when no one else enters the room and her eyes lands on a phone in his hand.

"Someone you do not want to talk to."

Leo tells her and Skye lifts one eyebrow at this.

"Someone I don't want to talk about? What are you getting at?"

She asks, trying to figure out who Leo is talking about.

"Hello Miss Skye."

A voice speaks from the phone he is holding onto, and Skye freezes up when she hears who it is and Leo is right, that is the last person she wants to talk to.

"No, no, no, NO!"

She starts to repeat, feeling how her heart is racing in this moment.

"I am not going back! I'm clear! There is no way I'm placing my foot there!"

She tells the man, feeling how her body is starting to shake now. Before she has a chance to realize if it's her powers or just herself shaking out of the fear that is running through her body, she can feel how she is being pulled into a tight hug. Closing her eyes, she doesn't have to see who is hugging her, she knows her brothers hugs anywhere. Beside they have figured out that she usually calms down faster if Leo is around to giver her a hug so.

"Don't worry Miss Skye, I will not force you to come in. I remember what happened last time. I do however need to get a new scan and some blood sample; this is the first time I have ever heard of something like this. But all of this can be fixed at S.H.I.E.L.D, all I want is that everything is being sent to me. I will not force you to come in if it's not an emergency."

She can hear Dr Strange tell her, making Skye lift her head to look around where his voice is coming from now since Leo is holding onto her. Her eyes lands on May who is holding the phone and the laptop.

"You will have everything you need by the morning."

Leo speaks up and from the sound of his voice and the look in May's eyes, Skye knows there is no backing out of this. She will have to do the tests once more, and she is quite sure that if she refuses to do them here, the two of them will drag her to the hospital, and that is the last place she will ever put her foot again.

"Good, I will contact you as fast as I have figured out what the future is going to hold. Good day to you all."

Dr Strange speaks up once more before the line goes dead. Feeling how Coulson is looking at her once more, Skye lifts her head from Leo's shoulder. She can see the worry she had expected to see when Maria mentioned she had shot herself, knowing that it will only be worth the longer she drags it out, she pats Leo on his back before taking a step out of his warm hug. She could hug him later, now isn't the time.

"Let's get this over and done with."

She says in a low voice, not fully sure if she is talking to the people in the room or with herself in this moment.
