"Livie!"
Juniper did not find her. He could not find Livie in the direction she was going. Was she going somewhere? Juniper shook his head.
He did not know where he was going. Juniper became lost. He kept scouting and walking forward. He thought he knew he was getting closer, but truthfully, he did not know if he really was.
Juniper was now a bit far from the pet shop. He kept walking. It felt a bit useless that he's searching for Livie, now that he can go home. But he has no idea where's his home.
Juniper kept on searching for Livie. He wanted to know who killed Oliver and where's his home. Juniper felt tired, but he kept going.
His face was determined, but was also angry. He was angry for some reason.
Juniper suddenly heard something. He ran further in the alleyway. He stopped at the right and behind the walls. There was a crowd of fierce cats.
Juniper was confused. An army of cats? He shook his head. Juniper looked up, if only he knew how to climb. But causing a small ruckus could leave him spotted.
So, he stayed. Juniper noticed Livie was there. There was Livie in the crowd of cats. And she was nearby the spot Juniper was hiding.
Livie walked in closer. Juniper went to hide in the nearest bins. Livie was there alone, away from the crowd.
Juniper crouched. He prepared for an ambush. But as he leaped forward, Livie dodged. She narrowed her eyes slightly, giving an angry look. Juniper wanted to cower, but he stood aside.
"An ambush? You got to work harder on that," Livie criticized.
He flattened his ears. "I don't need your criticism."
"Why are you here? Was it because of Oliver? He's dead, get over it!"
Juniper hissed, "No!"
Livie did not bother hissing back. She grew tired of arguing, it annoyed her.
"Look, I just want to ask you something," sighed Juniper. "About earlier, I saw you with a shocked expression when the suspect mentioned about a gray tabby, why is that?"
Livie widen her eyes. She did not speak back.
"Why is that?" Juniper asked in a slow pace. His eyes were determined.
Livie hesitated. It felt like she was drifting away in fear. But she tried to keep her calm expression.
Juniper hissed, "Why is that!?"
Livie flatterend her ears. She walked away slowly to avoid it. But as she did, Juniper ran in front of her. He looked angry, impatient of Livie's answer.
"Because he's the leader!"
Juniper looked hesitantly at Livie. Leader? He thought, confused.
"Leader?" Juniper asked.
Livie raised her head. Her expression looked angry.
"I told you who he is, now move along."
"He? Hey! You didn't tell me the rest of the details!"
Livie hissed loudly, "I don't need to!"
Juniper narrowed his eyes, annoyed. He looked at the brown feline resisting to give an explanation. So, he walked away.
"Fine, then I'll just go talk to him myself," Juniper insisted. Livie was in shock, but she didn't do anything.
He went on, determined but uncertain. He slowly trotted towards to the crowd of felines. Livie walked slowly, but didn't do anything. Her face screamed of annoyance and anger.
