Silent Heart Break

My mind is conflicted, 

And i don't know how i feel. 

My mind it feels so clouded, 

When i think of you. 

My eyes they fill with sorrow, 

Thinking of your pain. 

My heart it breaks in silence,

As it reminds me of that day. 

I feel so alone inside my head, 

Even though you are there. 

I doubt you really need me, 

Or even want me there. 

I can't help but wonder, 

If people really care.
