Why can't you see that i'm standing here,
That i never left when you needed me.
I could have walked,
I could have run,
But here i am still by your side.
Do you see me standing here,
I never walked away.
Do you see the pain in my eyes,
As we talk each day.
Do you hear the hurt in my voice,
When i say your name.
Do you know of the pain i feel,
Each and every day.
Do you know i'm broken,
That all i feel is pain.
Things have changed as time went on,
But i won't let you see me cry.
I'll hide the pain i'm feeling,
I'll bery it far away.
