Chapter 2: A Hectic Day!

Tai's POV
After I had managed to spill the water on the floor and on the person holding the cup, making a mess on my first day at SA Telecommunications as the New Marketing Head, I looked up to see who the person was on whom 'I spilled the water, only to find out a handsome looking man, with a drenched shirt "standing in front of me with a frown on his face.
I give him a nervous smile and ask for his forgiveness, although it didn't feel like, I would get it any soon but I kept trying, only to be interrupted by a girl who said "Mr.Vit, Mr.Saviť is on call, wants to discuss something important." And this very name makes me almost piss on my pants for the fact that I had just ruined my Boss's Secretary's shirt early in the morning on my first day. Way to keep going and making an impression Tai.
I sighed and followed Mr. Vit to his cabin because he had asked me to. The moment we entered into his cabin, I was welcomed with a very beautifully set office, the whole room was white and brown themed, desk, cabinets, sofa and table. In short it was cozy and I liked it. While I was busy admiring Mr. Vit's office, he seemed to attain a video call with our boss, although I happened to pay no attention to whatever they we're talking about, however I become alert only when Mr. Vit mentioned my name stating that, I start working from today.
After his call with Mr. Boss. Mr. Vit explained me what my task for the first month and that was to study our company's marketing strategies for the last 10 years and make report, so it would help me understand the company and it's tactics better. But before I could start working on it I had a task to complete and that was after our former Marketing Head resigned because of health issues, he had left a project dangling in between and it was due in another three days so my first task was to complete it on time. Waoo! Can it get any better? The first task itself is a challenge, I hope I will survive this.
And so I get started, after I was shown to my cabin which was right opposite to Mr. Boss, as the cabin next to him was Mr.Vit's, his secretary. My cabin was nothing fancy, it was a plain white and black themed room, with a desk and a chair at the centre, a coffee table and a love seat near the entrance and a cupboard on the right of the desk, where all the necessary marketing files were kept. It was not according to my taste but it was ok and to make it better, I will add some personal touch to it later.
Hours flew by and it was already 5 in the evening but I was still busy reading all the files regarding the project in order to understand it and work on it. I had 2 more files to go before I could totally understand what is expected out of me. But unable to concentrate anymore I went to the lawn on the 15th floor for a walk and to inhale some fresh air.
It was way past working hours now, but I'm still working. This would have not happened, if I would have been a bit more careful but you all might be wondering what happened right? So here is the deal, after I came back from my walk "I found coffee spilled on my notes, as I had forgotten to put the coffee mug away from the papers, while I left and it might have spilt when I kind of bumped into the table, but only to not notice what happened. So here I was reworking on my files again.
It was 10 pm now and I was happy that I was almost done with my work. I was now, putting, everything back to it's place, so that I don't mess it up for tomorrow when my brother Kiet called me asking how was my first day of office? To which I only replied, ' A Hectic day!'
