Anti stepped through the doorway, bringing the knife to his hand as he ran to put himself between Dark and Marvin.
"Run!" Dark and Marvin gave confusing looks to Anti's and then to each other.
"Anti, what are you doing here?" Marvin laughed as Dark inspected the knife in his face.
"I'm here to save you, I can hold him off for a little. I know all his moves." Dark chuckled at Anti's attempt.
"That may he true, but if what Marvin tells me is correct, you would not be able to keep up with me. Also, do you really think a normal knife would be able to get through me aura? It would disintegrate." Anti didn't stand down, he was well aware. His knife could brake through auras, but Marvin was more important then himself. Marvin put a hand on the defending demon.
"Why are you saving me from Dark? He's not going to hurt me." Anti scoffed, continuing to point the useless weapon at Dark.
"For all you know! He's a deceiver! Make up fall into a false sense if security and then stab you in the back." Marvin rolled his eyes and Dark sighed.
"I believe you are confusing me for yourself. Now, would you like my assistance or not?" Anti looked to Marvin, who nodded, before putting the knife away.
"I'm not scared to fight you."
"Once again, it would be futile." They walked to the backyard, Dark having his cane come to hand.
"Marvin told me that exercises didn't help, so why not combat." Despite the confidence on his face, Anti's skin turned white. In all honesty, he was scared to fight Dark. He was aware Dark could destroy him right now with one percent of his power. (If I hear one word of shaggy, I am done. /J) It was laughable to think a glorified human could fight Dark
"Don't get cocky now."
"Talking to yourself? Marvin, count off 10 paces" Marvin nodded as Dark turned his back to Anti. He looked to Marvin who nodded in confidence that Anti would be fine. With nerves, Anti turned away from Dark, waiting for Marvin to start counting.
"One! Two!" Anti took a step forward each time Marvin spoke, he looked down to the knife. It was useless against Dark, how could he fight without his beloved knife? Without his glitches, without his strings?
"Seven! Eight! Nine! Ten!" Anti froze in place, the moment Marvin would say turn, he would have to face what seemed like an impossible foe.
"Turn!" Anti turned and looked around with mild confusion. Where was Dark? He was gone, vanished. He looked back to Marvin who had a straight face.
"Start!" Start, how without Dark? Then, he hears a echoey, smooth voice in his ear.
"He said start." Anti turned to attack on bare instinct, and as warned the knife was destroyed on contact. Dark stood calmly, back straight, hands behind his back along with his cane. He looked to Anti's eyes.
"I warned you." Dark commented as he summoned a void portal behind the glitch. He wouldn't dream of sending Anti to the void in the state he was currently in, but Celine and Damien enjoyed fun too.
Anti covered his mouth from screaming as bright blue hands covered his eyes. Dark chuckled at Damien's little bit of playfulness as Celine chimed in.
Dark had warned the twins bit to harm him, little cuts were okay as well as magic but Anti could not be put in danger.
Celine had used her magic to summon a copy of Anti, Anti before the Hunters. Damien released his eyes and Anti held up his hands in defence as the cackling copy came up to slice at him. He fell on his butt as the copy vanished to be replaced with a colorless Dark.
