Chapter 6: Airport

Harry's pov

"Harry, what was that about? " I heard a voice calling out to me. I turned around and saw Louis standing there with a frustrated expression on his face.

"Nothing," I reply vaguely, having not known what to say.

He pleaded, "Harry, come on, talk to me."

I looked at him with a bored expression on my face. "There is nothing to talk about. "

"I saw you with that girl. You know what will happen if Max knows what you just did," he said seriously.

After taking my cigarette out of my pocket, I stuck it between my lips while removing the lighter from the other pocket. Keeping the lighter concealed with my other hand, I flicked on the lighter amidst the winds. I took a long inhale and blew it out into the night air.

I glanced at him and said, "I know. "

Louis grabbed my hand, forcing me to look at him. "Promise me you won't see her again"

I removed his hold on my hand and uttered, "I promise."

Clara's pov

We were all sitting in the cafeteria during our break, just hanging out, when Pearl exclaimed: "Oh my god, we're just days away from the school trip,"

"We have to go shopping today," Kelly hollered.

"Certainly."I responded.

We have an educational trip for a few days and I've been dreaming about going there. Something about LA just amazes me. I've been waiting for this for so long and it's almost here. I can add the key chain from that place to my little collection of key chains. Everyone was excited and was making numerous plans about the trip. It's going to be amazing.

I can't wait for the trip to get started. There is only one minor disappointment about this trip: Harry may come along as well. I pray to God, hoping he won't be there.

We were all set to start our trip today. Kelly and Pearl came over yesterday, and we helped each other pack our stuff for the trip. In the rush of excitement, we paced along the room, giving one last check and looking for things we may have left out.

"Did I pack my sexy black socks?" Kelly shouted from the other end of the room.

"My answer is yes, just like all the other 50 times you've asked me," I laughed.

Upon entering my room, Lexi sat on my bed.

"You forgot your charger" She stretched her hand, handing it to me.

"Thanks kiddo," I replied.

"I'm going to miss you," she muttered, looking at Kelly running around the room for something.

Kneeling down in front of her, I placed my hand on her cheek.

"Me too, but it's a short trip." I'm going to be back home soon."

"I know, have fun"

"I will," I said with a smile.

She leaned forward and wrapped her little arms around me.

"Now, be good while I'm gone, okay? Don't trouble mom"

"Yes," she muffled into my shoulder.

A car outside honked, signaling that it was time for us to leave. We are riding in Niall's Limo to the airport with Liam, Zayn, and Niall. Zayn and Liam came inside and helped us stuff our luggage into the car, while Niall chewed on a hamburger. Taking one last glance in the room, we left to start our journey.
