The school year was going on summer vacation and everyone was talking about that. Nick was looking forward to the break but Issei was so happy. Then everyone met up at the ORC and Rias said "ok so summer vacation is here and I'm going to be going down to hell to visit my family." Issei said "no don't leave he here all alone in the house that all of a sudden was built in one day." Rias laughed and said "don't worry I will be bring all of you along with me."
Nick said "I will also be coming as there are many things that need to be hammered out in hell." Kiba said "like what?" Nick said "well we are having more factions joining our cause and by doing that this allows me to seeing which side people are choosing. It was my idea to draw out the Khaos brigade and test and see if they are going to show us their hand." Akeno said "do you know who will be joining our cause?" Nick said "I can't disclose that information as of right now but when we get to hell then we can talk about it but not right now."
Xenovia said "so I get to spend the summer where I sent people that had fallen from god's grace. Talk about a 180 turn." Kiba said "what will we be doing down in the underworld?" Nick looked at Rias and she said "training and I have heard that the governor general of the fallen angels will be monitoring our progress." Nick said "speaking of which would you like to add anything Azazel?" Everyone looked and saw Azazel siting in Rias' chair. Rias said "when did you get here?" Azazel laughed and said "you have much to learn if you just now noticed me."
Azazel said "so is everyone ready to leave soon I hope?" Nick said "I have been ready for awhile now but I do need to talk to you in private about a sensitive subject." Azazel said "very well." Rias and the rest of the ORC got ready and to Issei's surprise they were taking the train to the underworld. They got on and Nick went over to talk to Azazel. Nick and Azazel made a barrier so that nobody could hear them. Nick said "I have learn that there are three groups that are dominating the Khaos brigade."
Azazel said "and what are they?" Nick said "the old satin faction that is led by former devil kings descendants. Vali's team which is a powerful group but because Vali leads them I see no big threat from him but not all his group are the patient side. Lastly a faction going my the name of the hero faction. They have not attacked us directly but they have been testing us. From my conclusion they have something they want to test to make sure that it can overwhelm us." Azazel said "what kind of power would they be trying to use?"
Nick looked at Azazel and said "they are all humans with sacred gears. They want to get stronger and the leader has the spear that everyone knows about but I will dig into this matter further. But I have heard that there is a sacred gear that uses my power and I will find this person and eliminate for a mockery of my power." Azazel said "so all you know about the hero faction is that the spear is the leader and one other sacred gear user as well. That still isn't enough that we can go on but that will have to do for now."
Issei was playing with Asia and Kiba when Sona and her peerage came and dropped them off. Sona thanked Rias for allowing then to they them to her domain. After that they had arrived in the Gremory domain and Issei, Asia, Xenovia were for the first time seeing this. Then something happened and the group were teleported to a canyon. Issei and the gang were regrouping and found out that Nick, Rias, and Azazel were nowhere to be found. Then they heard a thunder sound come from behind the canyon.
Then a big dragon with black scales and a purple belly roared at them. Akeno said "because Rias isn't here I will take the lead. Kiba, Xenovia keep the dragon busy while Issei powers up." Issei said "lets do this." Ddraig said "Boost." The dragon then turn to Issei and he was surprised that the dragon had responded to him activating his sacred gear. Koneko tried to sneak behind the dragon but he used his tail to slam Koneko into the canyon wall. Asia walked up to Koneko and started to heal her. Issei said "hey Gasper try using your power to freeze the guy."
Gasper said "I will try." Gasper used his power and it worked for about three seconds. Gasper said "he looks to scary for me to use my power." Issei said "what can I do." Ddraig said "Boost." The dragon turned to Issei then Kiba and Xenovia attacked with their weapons. The dragon then turned and used his horns to stop the attacks. Xenovia said "it was able to defect durandal." Kiba was shocked as well but then said "sword birth." He shot swords at the dragon but he used his tail to destroy the swords.
Ddraig said "Boost." The Dragon once again turned to face Issei but then a thunder bolt hit the dragon and it came from Akeno. Akeno said "I love dishing out punishment." Then they dragon used his fire breathe and Akeno dodged it but just barely. Ddraig said "Boost." Issei said "I'm ready to go." Akeno said "ok Issei, attack." Issei said "dragon shot." Akeno said "thunder bolt." Both attacks hit the dragon at the same time but to everyone's shock it didn't even look like it even fazed him. Then the ground under Issei crumbled and the dragon was ready to attack when someone said "that is enough."
Azazel, Rias, and Nick were on the top of the rock watching. They then all came down and Nick said "well that was interesting. I was disappointed in all of you. But then again you were fighting a former dragon king." Issei said "what this thing was a dragon king?" Azazel said "yes. He came down to see how well you could preform under pressure and without a leader and Nick. Nick can't allows be there to save the day." Rias said "I was against the ambush plan from the start. I hope he didn't hurt to to badly."
Issei said "so Ddraig did you know who he is then?" Ddraig said "yes I knew who he was but this was all an act. The dragon's name is Tannin and he wasn't even using one thousand of his power." Nick said "it is good to see you again Tannin. Becoming a devil must have been a tough but I hear that your kind are doing just fine in your domain." Issei said "this dragon is a devil that is so cool." Tannin said "I see that the red dragon is alive and well but your power is still needs some work."
Azazel then told them that they needed to get some rest for the next stop is the Gremory house. The boys were on one level of bathing and the girls were on a higher level but girls could watch them. Rias asked if that double attack with Issei was anything but Akeno brushed it off because she wanted to defeat that dragon. Azazel then talked to both Issei and Nick about touching a girls boobs. Issei was taking mental notes while Nick felt a power from Koneko and knew that something was wrong and Nick was going to study up on Koneko a little get a better picture.
