The next day in the ORC building the caution tape had opened up. Rias said to the group "I released the second bishop but they refused to leave." Akeno said "this one is a shut-in and his way of getting back into the real world would take time if he wants that." They then all entered the room and Rias said "nice to see that you are awake and doing fine." The person said "why did you let the seal come off and let me go?" Rias said "I have gotten stronger and the people around me are strong as well."
The kid then came out of the shadows and was a platinum blond hair and pink eyes. He was dressed in girl clothes and Issei thought that both bishops were hot girls. Rias approached the child and said "say hello to my second bishop Gasper Vladi." Nick said "so he is the one that could give me a challenge if he controls his power. I find that this servant could become the next great devil king." The child heard this and said "I don't think that I am good enough to be a devil king I would rather stay hidden away forever."
Nick laughed at this but everyone else didn't get the punch line. Nick said "you are afraid of your power but your power could lead the future of all super natural beings. Gasper if you truly wanted to make this a better place then join me and we can shape the future that we always wanted to be." Gasper looked at Nick and then everyone but Nick didn't see Gasper disappear. Everyone looked around and saw that he was gone. Nick said that he had gone into a box that had been in this room.
Gasper was talking to himself say that his powers would only destroy the world and he had no control over his powers. Issei then said that this girl should get it together. Akeno then said that Gasper was a guy and not a girl. Issei was shocked and wondered why he was wearing girls clothes. Nick laughed at this but Nick knew that this new servant would play a role in this world and Nick walked up to Gasper. Gasper said "who are you and why does my power not effect you?" Nick said "I am a dragon and my power is greater than that of your sacred gear."
Gasper said "if you have such power then why do you not hide it. Protect the people you care about." Nick said "I got stronger and then learned how to control it and now I am more powerful than ever before. That could be you Gasper if you put in work like I did then maybe you could have control over this power that you haven't mastered yet." Gasper looked at Nick and saw that Nick had a look in his eyes that said that I will be there for you.
They all then left but Nick and Issei stayed back. Nick and Issei talked to Gasper. Nick told him that more that you give the sacred gear power the more likely that the power will get out of control. Issei encouraged Gasper to come to the outside. Gasper was not wanting to come out but Nick said that if he learned to control his power then he could become a hero of the world. Gasper freaked out and closed his door to his room.
The next day was not an enjoyable one because Nick was still thinking about Gasper. Issei and Nick at lunch decided to visit Gasper and talk to him. Issei said "hey Gasper I have a dragon inside of me and he is really strong." Grasper said "really so you have to fight a power inside you just like me." Nick said "I am known as the darkness dragon I bring terror to the skies but I don't fear my power I embrace it. Gasper I know that this is a trough situation that you are in but remember that even in the deepest darkness there is always hope."
Issei and Nick left and then after school everyone gathered. Rias said that she needed to meet up with her brother and Sirzech wanted to speak with Kiba as well. So Akeno, Rias, and Kiba left and the training of Grasper was in the others hands. They then went outside to train and Xenovia then thought it would be good for Gasper to chase him around with her sword. Issei said "hey Xenovia stop that. Don't you see that you are scaring him." Then Saji showed up and said "hey how are you doing Issei?" Then Saji saw Gasper and thought that he was a girl. Then Jaden told him the truth and he was devastated.
Then Koeneko got involved and tried to feed Gasper garlic. Gasper then said "are you trying to kill me." Then Koneko chased Gasper just like Xenovia did. Then a person appeared and it was Azazel. Azazel said "well it looks like all the devil families are out to play. Interesting forbidden balor view. Where is the holy devil sword guy?" Issei said "he isn't here and leave him the hell alone." Nick said "so Azazel what brings you to our area of fun?" Azazel said "always to the chase but I don't blame you I am just here to see the devil families up close."
Nick said "you almost sound kind of you but I know you better than that." Azazel said "well there is nothing that gets past you Nick. Hey you boy the one with the sacred gear. Use your sacred gear to drain the vampires powers." Saji said "what I can do that." Azazel said "you have the powers of the prison dragon or his name is Vritra." Nick said "so you knew before the boy did that is funny." Saji was confused but then he summoned his sacred gear and looked at it and smiled at this.
Azazel said "if you want to get any headway with the vampire then why don't you let the vampire drink the blood of the Issei or Nick. I don't think that the little boy could handle Nick's blood so most likely Issei will have to do." Issei said "I don't do vampire bites." Azazel said "he is the vampire so that is how it is going to go. Also use the prison dragon to drain his powers then he will be able to not use his powers to the fullest."
Saji said "no way I can do that." Azazel then was leaving then Issei said "hey Azazel I want to know why you contacted me?" Azazel said "that is just the sort of thing I do." And with that Azazel left and now Nick, Issei, and Gasper were using their powers to help Gasper achieve a power that he was afraid of. Issei threw balls at Gasper but he would stop time but Nick would catch him and they drained his powers. After a while they called it quits for the night and Issei said that he wasn't going to give up on Gasper because he has so much potential to help him do perverted things to the girls.
