Everyone was looking around and could find no trace of Asia. Then a magical circle appeared, and a man had come out. The man said "dear little sister of the despicable and fake devil king. I am known as Shalba Beelzebub." Diodora said "Shalba help me. If the old and current devil kings combine their strength." Shalba sent an attack at Diodora and Diodora's body was destroyed. Shalba said "and thus a maggot dies." Rias said "so you are with the old satin faction. I don't care who you are you will still suffer for what you did you Asia."
Shalba laughed and said, "little sister to the fake devil king Sirzech I think I will have you die here as well." Issei on the other hand was losing it. Then Xenovia charged at Shalba with both Durandal and Ascalon and her attacks were met with his own attack, and it hit Xenovia and she was knocked back. Shalba said "don't test me." Then everyone began to tear up and Shalba laughed and said, "I sent that girl to the dimensional gap she is as good as dead." Issei looked at Shalba and his eyes were changing, and a strong aura was coming from him.
Meanwhile Nick said "so mother what has made you show up in person? Let me guess you want to see your dear old son." Nick laughed at this last part. Orphis said "I can do whatever I please, but you are making yourself more powerful. You side with these creatures knowing full well that you could destroy them all but why do you side with devils, fallen angels, and angels?" Nick smiled and said, "I'm tired of seeing the world burn and I sought a way to making this world a place that I may call home."
Ophis said "so you want a home so bad. I want my home back as well. But you knew my plan from the very beginning didn't you. I want to reclaim that silence." Nick said "the dimensional gap. So that is where these three groups you have recruited come in. They find powers that would be useful to gain control of the dimensional gap. It is a good plan but how will you deal with the one in the gap that stops you from reclaiming that silence. I see many paths." Nick then felt a power and looked and saw a green light coming from where Issei was.
Issei walked up to, and his eyes were that of his eyes in his balance breaker. Ddraig said "Rias Gremory." Rias said what is it Ddraig?" Ddraig said "if you'd rather not die you should leave this place immediately." Rias said "what." Ddraig said "as for you devil, the one that calls himself Shalba. You made a poor decision and now you must pay." The gear shot off a power that was great and terrible. Issei was in his balance breaker and gems of his gear came out.
Shabla said "who are you." Issei said, "I who shall awaken." A woman's voice said "it is starting. The time his finally come." Issei's armor began to grow and become a large dragon. Shabla said "I don't know you." Ddraig voice said, "I am the heavenly dragon that stole a principle of domination from god." Then the woman's voice said, "it has always been this way." Then a man's voice said, "that is correct, always and forever." Ddraig said "I mock the infinite and fret over the dream" The man's voice said, "what the world desires." The woman's voice said, "what the world rejects." Ddraig said "I shall become the red dragon of domination."
The man's voice said, "has always been power." The woman's voice said, "has always been love." A man's voice said, "no matter the occasion you always choose the path to ruin." Ddraig said "I shall drown you in a depths of crimson purgatory Juggernaut Drive." Then the building was completely destroyed and a large red dragon that was Issei had turned to Shalba. Shalba was looking around when dragon Issei attack and bit into one of his shoulders. He screamed out in pain when Issei dragon form tor his arm clean off.
Shalba said "don't play with me. Face my line of judgment if you dare." A large magical circle was around and was attacking dragon Issei. Ddraig said "divide, divide, divide, divide, divide, divide." Shalba said "he has divine dividing power." The rest of the gang watched, and Koneko said, "I remember that." Kiba said "Issei is using the power that he stole from Vali" Shalba said "why must Vali insist on getting in my way die." Shalba shot magic at dragon Issei and Issei opened his mouth and shot his own attack and it took Shalba's arm off.
