Xenovia and Irina were running when the fallen angel had attacked them. He hit Irina and she was then attacked by Freed and he took her sword as a prize. The next morning Nick told Rias to use her familiar to search for Irina and Xenovia. After about an hour they found Irina but Nick was not present as he had more pressing matters to deal with. Irina was weak and Asia used her twilight healing to help her recover. Issei said "who did this to you Irina?" Irina said "I tried to fight but he was to powerful."
Then Sona, Tsubaki, and Saji appeared and Tsubaki took Irina and took her to fix her up while they find the fallen angel. Then all the group felt a presence and looked around and saw Freed had appeared. He then said "well, well, well if it isn't we all took the bait club welcome all of you. So many dam devils." Issei said "I thought it was you figures." Freed said "Asia Argento the traitor nun who gave her soul to the devil. How much do you love your life as devil scum."
Issei said "you shut up or I will make you pay." He then summoned his boosted gear and was ready to fight. Then Sona and Rias got in front of him an was ready for a fight. Freed said "hey chill out don't kill the messenger someone want to talk to you red." Rias said "which someone?" Freed said "my boss." Then they saw someone in the sky. It was a fallen angel and Akeno pointed out that he had ten wings so he was of the leader class. The man spoke "it is a pleasure to meet you daughter of the house of Gremory. I am Kokabiel."
Rias said "the pleasure is all mine I'm sure and just call me Rias. So you are the leader of the dark angels. It is nice to put a face with a name." Kokabiel said "your hair is quite breathe taking just the same as the scarlet haired devil king even the facial expressions are similar. That is absolutely nauseating." Rias said "thank you. Is there something you would like to discuss with me or are you just hear to relay my appearance. Not that I'm rushing you or anything it is just nice to see a leader close up."
Kokabiel said "I think I would like to do a little damage while I'm here started with this school of your then moving on to the rest of the town." Rias said "why would you want to harm our school?" Kokabiel said "well if I do that then Sirzech would have to appear and help out his baby sister. What do you think." Rias said "if you do that then you will be starting the war between god the fallen angels and the devils all over again."
Kokabiel said "better then what I got by stealing the Excalibur's I thought for sure Michael would come after me for sure. But all I got were some low level exorcists and two weak holy sword users. Honestly it was disappointing." Akeno said "so that was your plan." Rias said "so you want to start a war." Kokabiel said "yes, yes after the first three way war ended I was so bored. Then Azazel and Shemuhaza were so passive on when the next war would start." Issei said "I know those names Rayne said something about them." Rias said "Azazel he is the governor general of all fallen angels" Issei said "sounds like a good guy to know."
Kokabiel said "not only is Azazel focusing on a war happening he is also collecting the sacred gears. He always gets completely immersed in his collection of the sacred gears." Issei said "so stealing the holy swords wasn't enough for you guys and now you want sacred gears as well." Kokabiel said "no need to generalize. Also I have no interest in your boosted gear. I realized that it might be a good weapon but I got what I need. Azazel might want it. I'm sure he would love to add a devils toy to his collection."
Issei said "like I would just hand it over to him." Kokabiel said "fallen angels, god, and devils we are all just barely in a state of equilibrium. Which means I can start the war with my own two hands" Rias said "you are a complete war maniac." Kokabiel said "obviously, why do you think I'm using devils this time. I've got you Rias Gremory Lucifer's little sister. Then I also have Sona Sitri the Leviathan sister. I have no doubt that there is a abundance of power over the school you attend. It will make the perfect warzone. I know I will enjoy it immensely."
